مروری بر نقش شرکت های دانش بنیان در ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه با هدف توسعه فضای کسب وکار

در سال های گذشته کوشش های فراوانی برای ارتقا صنعت با دانشگاه صورت گرفته است با این حال هنوز ارتباط سازماندهی شده و کاملا نظام مندی در این خصوص در کشور ایران متاسفانه صورت نگرفته است. در عصر کنونی که شرایط اقتصادی بر پایه دانش استوار است توجه به همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه دو مقوله مهم می باشد.شرکت های دانش بنیان به عنوان یک منبع مهم درآمد، اشتغال و در نهایت نیروی محرکه ی موثر بر توسعه و رشد اقتصادی شناخته می شوند که این شرکت ها به عنوان حلقه وصل کننده صنعت و دانشگاه شناخته شده اند و با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع در این پژوهش قصد داریم مروری داشته باشیم بر نقش شرکت های دانش بنیان در ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه که این ارتباط با هدف توسعه فضای کسب وکار در کشور می باشد. به شیوه ی توصیفی و از نوع تحلیل اسنادی می باشد. نتایج اصلی پژوهش نشان می دهد که دانشگاه در هزاره ی سوم نقش آفرین اصلی تحولات اجتماعی بوده و کانون اصلی تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص و آموزش دیده به حساب می آید که با برخورداری از ایده ها و اندیشه های نو می تواند هر لحظه در شریان های حیاتی جامعه که حرکت رو به رشد دارد نیروی نوینی را تزریق نموده و صنعت نیز با به کاربستن ایده های نوظهور دانشگاهیان می تواند اندیشه ی توسعه ی اقتصادی و اجتماعی جامعه را محقق سازد. تعامل بین دانشگاه و صنعت با ایجاد رشد در سطح دانش و فناوری و با دامن زدن به توسعه ی اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و سیاسی در سطح گسترده، توسعه ی پایدار را برای کشور به ارمغان می آورد.

an overview of the role of knowledge-based companies in the relationship between industry and university with the aim of developing the business environment

in the past years, many efforts have been made to promote the industry with the university, however, unfortunately, there has not been an organized and completely systematic communication in this regard in iran. in today s era when economic conditions are based on knowledge, it is important to pay attention to the cooperation of industry and university. knowledge-based companies are known as an important source of income, employment, and ultimately an effective driving force for economic development and growth, and these companies are known as the link between industry and university, and considering the importance of this issue, in this research, we intend to review let s focus on the role of knowledge-based companies in the relationship between industry and university, which aims to develop the business environment in the country. it is descriptive and document analysis type. the main results of the research show that in the third millennium, the university is the main player of social changes and is considered the main center of training of specialized and trained human resources, which, with the possession of new ideas and thoughts, can be a force in the vital arteries of the growing society at any moment. it injects innovation and the industry can realize the idea of economic and social development of the society by applying the emerging ideas of academics. the interaction between university and industry brings sustainable development to the country by creating growth in the level of knowledge and technology and by fueling economic, social, cultural and political development on a wide .scale
