بررسی و شناسایی آسیب ها و چالش های ارتباط بین نظام آموزش عالی با صنعت

دانشگاه و صنعت از مهمترین و اثرگذارترین نهادها در توسعه اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی و پیشرفتهای اقتصادی و فناورانۀ جامعه هستند از این رو هر جامعه ای برای نیل به اهداف توسعۀ حقیقی و پایدار نیازمند تعامل و کُنش مداوم دو نهاد علمی و فنی است که در قالب دانشگاه و صنعت شکل می گیرد. همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت چالشی جهانی است و کشورها به انحای مختلف سعی کرده اند این چالش را حل نمایند. پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد تا با رویکردی تفسیر گرایانه چالش ها و موانع ارتباط بین صنعت ودانشگاه را از نگاه مدیران صنایع و اساتید دانشگاه شناسایی کند. رویکرد این پژوهش از نوع روش شناسی کیفی و از روش مردم نگاری نیز برای انجام عملیات تحقیق استفاده شده است. داده های این پژوهش با استفاده از روش مشاهده مشارکتی، تکنیک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و تحلیل اسنادی جمع آوری شده و سپس با استفاده از تکنیک مثلث سازی ترکیب شده اند. روش نمونه گیری مورد استفاده کیفی هدفمند و با استفاده از شاخص اشباع نظری تعداد 15 نفر از اساتید دانشگاه و 10 نفر از مدیران بخش صنعت به عنوان نمونه آماری مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. نگرش و دیدگاه آنها نسبت به چالشها و موانع برقراری ارتباط بین صنعت و دانشگاه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های اصلی با استفاده از نظریۀ زمینه ای شامل: مقولاتی همچون ضعف در بسترسازی و حمایت، ضعف دانشی و مهارتی، فقدان سیستم مدیریتی کارآمد، بی میلی در برقراری ارتباط، فقدان فرهنگ و باور مناسب، انعطاف ناپذیری ساختارها و فرایندها، ناتوانی در شبکه سازی است.

investigating and identifying the harms and challenges of communication between the higher education system and the industry

university and industry are among the most important and effective institutions in the social, political, cultural development and economic and technological progress of the society. therefore, every society needs the continuous interaction and action of two scientific and technical institutions in the form of a university to achieve the goals of real and sustainable development. and the industry is formed. cooperation between university and industry is a global challenge and countries have tried to solve this challenge in different ways. the current research tries to identify the challenges and obstacles in the relationship between industry and university from the point of view of industry managers and university professors with an interpretive approach. the approach of this research is qualitative methodology and ethnographic method has been used to conduct the research. the data of this research was collected using participatory observation method, semi-structured interview technique and document analysis and then combined using triangulation technique. the sampling method used was qualitative, purposeful, and using the theoretical saturation index, 15 university professors and 10 industry managers were interviewed as a statistical sample. their attitude and point of view towards the challenges and obstacles of communication between industry and university were investigated. the main findings using contextual theory include: categories such as weakness in foundation and support, knowledge and skill weakness, lack of efficient management system, reluctance to communicate, lack of appropriate culture and belief, inflexibility of structures and processes, inability to network are made.
