تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه؛ راهبردی برای توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان

اصطلاح اقتصاد دانش بنیان از شناخت کامل تر نقش دانش و فناوری در رشد اقتصادی به وجود می آید و می تواند به عنوان محصول وخدمات مبتنی برفعالیت های دانش متمرکز تعریف شود. به طور کلی از این اصطلاح برای تعریف یک سیستم اقتصادی استفاده شده است که در آن دانش به وسیله شرکت ها، موسسات، افراد و جامعه به وجود می آید، منتشر می شود و استفاده می شود تا به توسعه ی اقتصادی و اجتماعی پیشرفته با اعتماد بیشتر بر توانایی های ذهنی نسبت به ورودی فیزیکی یا منابع طبیعی دست یابد. همکاری و ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه یا به عبارت دیگر ارتباط پژوهشگران دانشگاهی با دانشمندان حوزه صنعتی تجاری سابقه ای تاریخی دارد. در نتیجه توسعه فناوری و توجه به تجاری سازی یافته ها و دستاوردهای تحقیقاتی و رفع نیازهای جامعه و صنعت بومی، یکی از رویکردهای اصلی ایشان در توسعه اقتصادی است.این دانشگاه ها، کارافرینی دانش بنیان را به عنوان یکی از ماموریت های اصلی خود قرار داده و در این راستا برنامه ریزی و تلاش می کنند. پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر روش توصیفی می باشد و در جهت تدوین مبانی و داده های نظری از مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اسنادی که مبتنی بر مرور منابع معتبر و مقالات مرتبط است استفاده شده است.

industry and university interaction; a strategy for the development of knowledge-based economy

the term knowledge-based economy comes from a more complete understanding of the role of knowledge and technology in economic growth and can be defined as products and services based on concentrated knowledge activities. in general, this term has been used to define an economic system in which knowledge is created by companies, institutions, individuals and society, disseminated and used to advance economic and social development. achieved by relying more on mental abilities than physical input or natural resources. the cooperation and relationship between industry and university, or in other words, the relationship between university researchers and scientists in the industrial and commercial field, has a historical record. as a result of the development of technology and attention to the commercialization of research findings and achievements and meeting the needs of society and local industry, one of their main approaches in economic development is one of these universities knowledge-based entrepreneurship as one of their main missions. they put themselves and plan and try in this direction. the current research is based on the descriptive method, and library studies and documents based on the review of reliable sources and related articles have been used in order to compile theoretical foundations and data
