توسعه مدل همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت با رویکرد نوآوری باز (مورد مطالعه وزارت علوم)

امروزه ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت از عوامل مهم در توسعه هر جامعه‌ای به شمار می‌روند، بنابراین رابطه این دو نهاد امری است که مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. سطوح مختلفی از تعاملات ممکن است بین صنعت و دانشگاهیان در همکاری تحقیقاتی و خدمات پژوهشی وجود داشته باشد. دولت‌ها باید سعی کنند تا به منظور افزایش نوآوری، کارایی و ایجاد ثروت، به صورتی فعال با دانشگاه‌ها همکاری و تعاملات بین‌سازمانی داشته باشند. این‌گونه همکاری‌ها و تعاملات می‌تواند مزایای زیادی نظیر توسعه کشور، کاهش هزینه‌ها، دانش ییشتر و عمیق‌تر و غیره را به همراه داشته باشند. در واقع چنانچه فعالیت‌های همکاری و ارتباط میان دانشگاه‌ها و سازمان‌ها به‌درستی و به گونه‌ ای اثربخش مدیریت شوند، منافع حاصل شده نیز حداکثر خواهد بود. هدف پژوهش حاضر توسعه مدل همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت با رویکرد نوآوری باز می‌باشد. در پژوهش انجام شده، ارتباط میان دانشگاه و صنعت، از طریق مطالعات کتاب‌خانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. نتیجه گیری اینکه مدل همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت با رویکرد نوآوری باز یک مدل نو و منحصر‌به‌فرد با در نظر گرفتن تمامی عوامل مهم در یک همکاری می‌باشد که می‌تواند جهت ایجاد توسعه همکاری پویا بین دانشگاه و صنعت مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. به کار گیری نوآوری باز منافع بسیاری در فرآیند همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت به همراه دارد. نوآوری باز، ارتباط و افزایش تعامل و همکاری بازیگران خارجی همچون کاربران، مشتریان، تامین کنندگان، دانشگاه‌ها و حتی رقبا جهت تبادل ایده های نوآورانه را شامل می‌شود.

development of university-industry cooperation model with open innovation approach studied by the ministry of science

today, the relationship between the university and the industry is one of the important factors in the development of any society, so the relationship between these two institutions is something that has been given attention. various levels of interactions may exist between industry and academia in research collaboration and research services. governments should try to actively cooperate with universities and inter-organizational interactions in order to increase innovation, efficiency and create wealth. such collaborations and interactions can bring many benefits such as the development of the country, cost reduction, more and deeper knowledge, etc. in today s competitive world, countries need to plan and they need macro-level decision making. meanwhile, the stable and successful presence of universities in the field of scientific and research competitions plays an important and essential role. in order to achieve this goal, it is necessary for universities to have two-way relations with the industry, and this development requires the application of academic research and production and turning it into technology. in fact, if the activities of cooperation and communication between universities and organizations are managed correctly and effectively, the benefits obtained will be maximum. the aim of the current research is to develop the university-industry cooperation model with an open innovation approach. the method carried out in this research includes the use of a review and library method (documents). the findings indicate that in the successful partnership between the industry and the university, we will achieve factors such as: increased productivity, correct understanding of the parties, fairness of the partnership, a relationship based on profit-profit, etc. the conclusion is that the university-industry cooperation model with an open innovation approach is a new and unique model considering all the important factors in a cooperation that can be used to develop dynamic cooperation between the university and industry. the use of open innovation brings many benefits in the process of cooperation between universities and industry. open innovation includes communication and increased interaction and cooperation of external actors such as users, customers, suppliers, universities and even competitors to exchange innovative ideas
