ارائه یک مدل ارزش گذاری محصولات دانش بنیان دانشگاه ها جهت ورود به صنعت

اقتصاد دانش بنیان را می توان نوعی از اقتصاد تصور کرد که در آن تولید و بهره برداری از دانش نقش عمده ای در ایجاد ثروت ایفا می کند. آنچه در این چارچوب اهمیت پیدا می کند؛ تجاری سازی طرح ها و ایده های نوآورانه و دانش بنیان می-باشد؛ به نحوی که این طرح ها بتوانند وارد صنعت شده و ارزش افزوده ایجاد نمایند. در فرآیند تجاری سازی محصولات دانش بنیان و ورود این محصولات به صنعت، یکی از عوامل اثرگذار، ارزش گذاری صحیح و نزدیک به واقعیت این طرح ها و ایده ها می باشد. در این مطالعه، سعی بر آن است که بر اساس مبانی نظری و مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه ارزش گذاری دانش فنی، یک مدل ارزش گذاری محصولات دانش بنیان جهت ورود محصولات دانش بنیان و دانش فنی ایجاد شده در دانشگاه ها و ورود آنها به صنعت ارائه شود.

a knowledge-based economy can be considered a type of economy in which the production and exploitation of knowledge plays a major role in creating wealth. what becomes important in this framework; commercialization of innovative and knowledge-based ideas and plans; so that these projects can enter the industry and create added value. in the process of commercialization of knowledge-based products and the entry of these products into the industry, one of the effective factors is the correct and close to reality valuation of these designs and ideas. in this study, an attempt is made to present a valuation model for knowledge-based products based on theoretical foundations and studies conducted in the field of technical knowledge valuation for the entry of knowledge-based products and technical knowledge created in universities and their entry into the industry
