ارائه الگوی آسیب‌شناسی تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه با بخش صنعت با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی تفسیری – ساختاری

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی آسیب‌شناسی تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه و صنعت با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی تفسیری - ساختاری است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر گردآوری داده‌ها به صورت توصیفی - تحلیلی است. به منظور تهیه داده‌ها ابتدا با مرور مبانی نظری و نظر 18 خبره و متخصص به عنوان اعضا پانل دلفی، 15 عامل به عنوان مهم‌ترین موانع تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه و صنعت شناسایی شدند. خبرگان و متخصصین پژوهش، خبرگان و متخصصین دانشگاه آزاد واحد کرمانشاه و شرکت توسعه صنایع چاپ و بسته‌بندی کرمانشاه (غرب کارتن) بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با توجه به شاخص‌هایی همچون تجربه، تخصص، تمایل و توانایی مشارکت و در دسترس بودن انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها در روش دلفی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که پایایی آن با روش آزمون مجدد بررسی که با میزان ضریب همبستگی 74/0 پرسشنامه تائید و به منظور روایی پرسشنامه نیز از معیار ضریب نسبی روایی محتوایی استفاده که با توجه به این معیار هریک از عوامل ذکر شده در پرسشنامه دلفی حذف یا تائید گردید. به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های حاصل از روش دلفی که 15 مانع موثر در تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه و صنعت است، از روش مدل‌سازی تفسیری ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که سه عامل سه عامل نبود قوانین شفاف به منظور ملزوم سازی هریک از بخش‌ها نسبت به ایجاد ارتباط با یکدیگر ، مسئله محور نبودن پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در دانشگاه و نبود مراکز علمی و تحقیقاتی مشترک میان صنعت و دانشگاه به عنوان مهم‌ترین موانع توسعه و ایجاد ارتباط موثر میان دانشگاه و صنعت در پژوهش حاضر شناخته شده است.

presenting a pathology model of the effective interaction of the university with the industry using the interpretive-structural modeling approach

the aim of the current research is to provide a pathological model of the effective interaction between university and industry using the structural-interpretive modeling approach. the current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of data collection. in order to prepare the data, first by reviewing the theoretical bases and opinions of 18 experts and experts as members of the delphi panel, 15 factors were identified as the most important barriers to the effective interaction between the university and the industry. the experts and specialists of the research were the experts and specialists of kermanshah azad university and the kermanshah printing and packaging industries development company who were available with the purposeful sampling method and according to indicators such as experience, expertise, willingness and ability to participate. were chosen to be the tool of data collection in the delphi method is a researcher-made questionnaire, whose reliability is checked by the retest method, which is confirmed by the correlation coefficient of 0.74, and for the validity of the questionnaire, the criterion of the relative coefficient of content validity is used, according to this criterion, each among the factors mentioned in the delphi questionnaire, it was removed or confirmed. in order to analyze the data obtained from the delphi method, which is 15 effective obstacles in the effective interaction between university and industry, the structural interpretive modeling method was used. the results of the research showed that the three factors were the lack of clear and transparent laws in order to oblige each of the departments to establish relationships with each other, the lack of focus on the research conducted in the university, and the lack of joint scientific and research centers between the industry and the university. it is known as the most important obstacles to the development and establishment of effective communication between university and industry in the current research. considering these three factors have been identified as the most important obstacles to the development and establishment of effective communication between the university and the industry, practical suggestions have been presented in line with these three factors.
