ارائه الگوی مطلوب آموزش های مهارتی : گامی اثربخش در ارتباط آموزش و صنعت

به منظور دستیابی به اهداف توسعه در دنیای به شدت رقابتی امروز، نهادهای آموزشی باید بتوانند پاسخگوی نیاز صنایع و بازار کار باشند در غیر این صورت اهداف توسعه محقق نخواهد شد و آموزش بخش عظیمی از کارکرد خود را از دست خواهد داد؛ بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی مطلوب آموزش های مهارتی به شیوه آموزش ترکیبی با روش آمیخته انجام گرفت. در بخش کیفی جامعۀ آماری شامل کلیه کارشناسان آموزش فنی-حرفه ای و کار و دانش و متخصصان حوزه آموزش از دور بودند، که 30 نفر از متخصصین مذکور به روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی تا اشباع نظری بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی نیز مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود که روایی و پایایی (82/0) آن مورد تایید قرار گرفت. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل کلیه هنرآموزان هنرستان های آموزش فنی حرفه ای و مدارس کار و دانش اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان تهران که مجموع آنها 5000 نفر می باشد و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 356 به دست آمد اما در نهایت 651 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند، ابزار پژوهش نیز پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی و پایایی (92/0) آن نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین به منظور اعتباریابی الگوی مطلوب آموزش مهارتی به شیوه آموزش ترکیبی پرسشنامه ای تدوین شد و پس از تعیین روایی و پایایی، از نظر 25 نفر از متخصصان آموزش از دور جهت اعتباریابی استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی شامل میانگین، انحراف معیار و ... و روش های آمار استنباطی شامل تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و مدل معادلات ساختاری و همچنین جهت اعتباریابی پرسشنامه از t تک نمونه ای استفاده شد. در نهایت مولفه های الگوی مطلوب آموزش های مهارتی به شیوه آموزش ترکیبی به دست آمد و الگوی پژوهش نیز ارائه شد، نتایج همچنین نشان داد که الگوی مذکور از اعتبار درونی لازم برخوردار است و پیاده سازی آن می تواند کیفیت آموزش های مهارتی در هنرستان ها را بهبود بخشد.

providing the ideal model of skill training: an effective step in the relationship between education and industry

in order to achieve development goals in today s highly competitive world, educational institutions must be able to respond to the needs of industries and the labor market, otherwise the development goals will not be achieved and education will lose a huge part of its function. this study was carried out with the aim of providing the desired model of skill training in the method of combined training with the mixed method. in the qualitative part, the statistical community included all technical-professional education and work and knowledge experts and experts in the field of distance education, and 30 of the aforementioned experts were purposefully selected by snowball sampling until theoretical saturation. the data collection tool in the qualitative section was a semi-structured interview whose validity and reliability (0.82) were confirmed. in the quantitative part of the statistical population, including all the students of technical and vocational training colleges and work and knowledge schools of the general department of education of tehran province, which total 5000 people, and using the cochran formula, the sample size was 356, but finally 651 people. they answered the questionnaire, the research tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose validity and reliability (0.92) were also confirmed. also, in order to validate the desired model of skill training in the combined training method, a questionnaire was developed and after determining the validity and reliability, it was used for validation according to 25 distance education experts. in order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics methods including mean, standard deviation, etc. and inferential statistics methods including exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model were used, as well as single-sample t was used to validate the questionnaire. finally, the components of the desired model of skill training were obtained by the combined training method and the research model was also presented, the results also showed that the mentioned model has the necessary internal validity and its implementation can improve the quality of skill training in conservatories.
