اقتصاد دانش بنیان (اهمیت، اهداف، ملزومات) و رابطه آن با الگوهای تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

امروزه جهت گیری نوین افتصاد در کشورهای توسعه یافته به سوی اقتصاد دانایی محور یا دانش بنیان می باشد. در نظریات نئوکلاسیک اقتصاد، بر نقش نیروی کار و سرمایه در جهت تولید تاکید میشد ولی امروزه دانش را منبع اصلی اقتصاد دانش بنیان می دانند. اقتصاد دانش بنیان مبتنی بر تولید، توزیع و کاربرد دانش در جهت رسیدن به رشد اقتصادی می باشد. از ضروریات و ملزومات رشد موفق اقتصاد دانش بنیان، ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه می باشد که دانشگاه نقش محوری در تولید دانش جدید داشته، صنعت نیز به منظور نیل به فناوری دانش بنیان به پیوند با دانشگاه، ایجاد مراکز تحقیقاتی و عملیاتی کردن دستاوردهای پژوهشی دانشگاه ها مبادرت می ورزد. بررسی الگوهای مختلف ارتباطات صنعت و دانشگاه، تاثیر تعاملی این حوزه ها بر ارتقای نوآوری و توسعه صنعتی و به دنبال آن توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی مبتنی بر دانش به عنوان نتیجه ی آن و توسعه اقتصاد دانش بنیان را نشان می دهد. مقاله حاضر که به شیوه مروری و با کمک منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی تهیه شده به زمینه های شکل گیری اقتصاد دانش بنیان، اهمیت، اهداف و ملزومات آن، پیشینه ی ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه، روش های برقراری ارتباط میان این دو حوزه، بررسی الگوهای تحلیل تعاملات صنعت و دانشگاه و تاثیر آن بر گسترش موفق اقتصاد دانش بنیان می پردازد.

today, the new direction of economic in developed countries is towards a knowledge-based economy. in the neoclassical theories of economy, the role of labor and capital was emphasized in the direction of production, but nowadays knowledge is considered the main source of knowledge-based economy. knowledge-based economy is based on the production, distribution and application of knowledge in order to achieve economic growth. one of the essentials for the successful growth of the knowledge-based economy is the connection between the industry and the university, the university plays a central role in the production of new knowledge and the industry also strives to achieve knowledge technology based on the link with the university, establish research centers, and operationalize the research achievements of the universities. examining different models of industry and university communication shows the interactive effect of these fields on promoting innovation and industrial development, followed by knowledge-based social and economic development as a result and the development of knowledge-based economy. the present article, which was prepared in a review way and with the help of library and internet resources, is about the fields of formation of knowledge-based economy, its importance, goals and requirements, the background of the relationship between industry and university, the methods of establishing communication between these two areas, examining the patterns of interaction between industry and university and its impact on the successful expansion of the knowledge-based economy.
