تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با رویکرد دانش بنیان

یکی از شناخته شده‌ترین عوامل موثر در جوامع در دستیابی به توسعه‌یافتگی، همکاری دو جانبه میان دانشگاه‌ها و صنایع می باشد به گونه ای که بدون پیوند صحیح، اصولی و مناسب میان آن دو، توسعه‌یافتگی همه‌جانبه یک جامعه به دور از تصور خواهد بود. در میان این تعامل آنچه که باید حائز اهمیت باشد ارتباط و تعاملی با رویکرد دانش بنیان است لذا هدف کلی از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با رویکرد دانش بنیان می‌باشد. این پژوهش به روش کتابخانه‌ای_ اسنادی و با روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام گرفت. از مهم‌ترین یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌توان به ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در کشورهای مختلف اشاره کرد در این زمینه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه در کشورهای مختلف از الگوها، روش ها و سیاست‌های متفاوتی تبعیت می کند که به هنگام مطالعه و الگوبرداری از این روش ها، باید به زمینه، بستر و شرایط و اقتضائات هر کشور، اشراف کامل داشت و با نگاهی سیستمی، جامع‌نگر، واقع‌بینانه متناسب با شرایط داخلی کشور از آنان الگوبرداری نمود. در پایان نیز راهکارهایی عملیاتی به منظور بهره‌برداری از الگوهایی ثمربخش بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با رویکرد دانش بنیان ارائه گردیده است.

one of the most well-known effective factors in societies in achieving development is the bilateral cooperation between universities and industries in such a way that without a correct, principled and appropriate connection between the two, the comprehensive development of a society will be far from imagination. among this interaction, what should be important is communication and interaction with the knowledge-based approach, so the general purpose of the current research is to investigate the interaction between the industry and the university with the knowledge-based approach. this research was done by library-document method and qualitative content analysis method. one of the most important findings of this research is the relationship between university and industry in different countries. in this context, the interaction between industry and university in different countries follows different patterns, methods and policies, which should be followed when studying and modeling these methods. the background, background and conditions and requirements of each country had complete nobility and with a systemic, comprehensive, realistic view appropriate to the internal conditions of the country, he followed them as an example. at the end, operational solutions have been presented in order to exploit fruitful models of interaction between industry and university with a knowledge-based approach.
