شناسایی عوامل انگیزشی گرایش به مشارکت فعال در تحقیق و توسعه دانشگاهی(مورد مطالعه: شرکت های دانش بنیان شهر کرمانشاه)

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل انگیزشی گرایش به مشارکت فعال در تحقیق و توسعه دانشگاهی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های دانش بنیان شهر کرمانشاه) انجام شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه اجراء، کیفی از نوع داده بنیاد بوده است. جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل کلیه خبرگان دانشگاهی و شرکت های دانش بنیان شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1400-1401 بودند. روش نمونه گیری از جامعه مزبور به صورت هدفمند و از نوع گلوله برفی بود که بر اساس این نوع روش نمونه گیری تعداد 11 شرکت به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با دو روش کتابخانه ای و میدانی جمع آوری شد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از ابزار مصاحبه استفاده گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده های این مطالعه از نرم افزار maxqda 11 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از روش گراندد تئوری به یافتن و شناسایی عوامل علی، عوامل زمینه ای، مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدهای حاصل از مشارکت فعال در تحقیق وتوسعه با طراحی مدلی از عوامل انگیزشی، منتهی شد و مدل پارادایمی پژوهش استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل انگیزشی گرایش به مشارکت فعال در تحقیق و توسعه دانشگاهی شامل شرایط علی (تفویض اختیار، آموزش کارکنان، پاداش کارکنان)؛ شرایط مداخله گر (امکان مشارکت، نظارت بر مشارکت، مدیریت موثر)، عوامل زمینه ای (فراهم سازی زیر ساخت مشارکت، همکاری مدیریت، امکان مشارکت کارکنان، توانمندی کارکنان)، راهبردهای تعاملی (تکریم کارکنان، رفع نیاز، عدالت سازمانی) و پدیده محوری (رفع نیازهای کارکنان، شایسته سالاری، پاداش به کارکنان، محیط کاری مناسب)، بود که منجر به پیامد (پاداش به کارکنان، فرهنگ مشارکت و عدم تبعیض کارکنان) شده است.

identifying the motivational factors of the tendency to actively participate in academic research and development (case study: knowledge-based companies in kermanshah)

this research was conducted aiming at identification of motivational factors of the tendency to active participation in academic research and development (case study: knowledge-based companies in kermanshah county). this research was applied (practical) in terms of purpose and data-based qualitative in terms of implementation method. the study population included all university experts and knowledge-based companies in kermanshah county in 2021-22. the sampling method from the mentioned society was purposeful and snowball type, and 11 companies were selected as samples based on this type of sampling method. the information was collected by documentation and field methods. an interview tool was used to collect the information. maxqda 11 software was used to analyze the data of the study. the results of the grounded theory method led to finding and identification of causal factors, background factors, intervening factors, strategies, and consequences resulted from active participation in research and development by designing a model of motivational factors, and the research paradigm model was extracted. the results showed that the motivational factors of tendency to active participation in academic research and development including causal conditions (delegation of authority, staff training, staff rewards); intervening conditions (possibility of participation, monitoring the participation, effective management), underlying factors (participation infrastructure provision, management cooperation, employee participation possibility, employee empowerment), interactive strategies (employee respect, meeting the needs, organizational justice) and phenomenon-orientation (meeting the needs of employees, meritocracy, reward to employees, suitable working environment), which led to the consequence (reward to employees, culture of participation, and non-discrimination of employees).
