واکاوی چالش‌های همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت از دیدگاه دانشجویان دکتری دانشگاه رازی

دانشگاه و صنعت از بازیگران اصلی در اقتصاد جوامع قلمداد می‌شوند و تعامل و همکاری پایدار بین این دو به عنوان یکی از موثرترین سیاست‌ها برای به دست آوردن مزیت رقابتی، رشد و توسعه اقتصادی است، اما همکاری میان صنعت و دانشگاه ها در ایران با چالش‌های جدی مواجه است، در این مقاله از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی برای واکاوی چالش‌های همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت از دیدگاه دانشجویان دوره دکتری دانشگاه رازی استفاده شده است. نتایج بیانگر این است که چالش‌های همکاری دانشگاه با صنعت به طور کلی شامل: عوامل فردی، مسائل سازمانی، موانع زیر ساختی- اقتصادی و مسائل بخش صنعت است و در انتهای مقاله پیشنهاداتی جهت حل این چالش‌ها ارائه شده است.

university and industry are considered to be the main players in the economy of societies, and sustainable interaction and cooperation between the two is one of the most effective policies to gain competitive advantage, economic growth and development, but the cooperation between industry and universities in iran faces serious challenges. in this article, the method of qualitative content analysis is used to examine the challenges of university-industry cooperation from the point of view of razi university phd students. the results indicate that the challenges of cooperation between the university and the industry in general include: individual factors, organizational issues, infrastructural-economic barriers and industry sector issues, and at the end of the article, suggestions are provided to solve these challenges
