صورت بندی الگوی تعامل جامعه و صنعت با دانشگاه و پژوهشگاه در رشته‌های علوم انسانی و اجتماعی

در مورد ضرورت و مزایای همکاری میان بازیگران زیست‌بوم نوآوری که دانشگاه (یا پژوهشگاه) و صنعت (یا جامعه) مهم‌ترین اجزای آن هستند، تردیدی نیست. از زمانی که در همین رابطه، ضرورت توجه به دانشگاه نسل سوم یعنی دانشگاه کارآفرین و نسل چهارم یعنی دانشگاه تعالی‌گرا مطرح شد، مدل‌ها و سازوکارهای متعددی برای تسهیل و تقویت ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت شکل گرفت. در این پژوهش، ضمن برشمردن برخی از این سازوکارها به یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحثی که تاکنون مغفول مانده یا در بهترین حالت کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته، اشاره شده است. این ضرورتِ نادیده گرفته شده، تفاوت ماهوی رشته‌های علوم انسانی و اجتماعی با دیگر رشته‌ها در رابطه با جامعه و صنعت است که به نظر می‌رسد مدل‌ها، اقتضائات و تعاریف جدیدی را می‌طلبد. در این پژوهش به صورت مروری و با بررسی متون مرتبط، الگوی سطح آمادگی فناوری که به شکل ضمنی یا عینی در ارزیابی پژوهش‌های رشته‌های علوم انسانی و اجتماعی در رابطه با جامعه و صنعت مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، بازبینی و نقد شده و در نهایت پیشنهادهایی برای ارائه الگوهای جایگزین ارائه شده است.

formulating the model of society and industry interaction with universities and research institutes in humanities and social sciences

there is no doubt about the importance and benefits of cooperation between the actors of the innovation ecosystem, of which university (or research institutes) and industry (or society) are the most important components. in this regard, since the necessity to pay attention to the third-generation university, i.e. entrepreneurial university, and the fourth generation, i.e. excellence-oriented university, several models were formed to measure the level of applicability of the research of science institution for society and industry. in this research, while enumerating some of these models, one of the most important topics that has been neglected or at best given less attention, has been mentioned. this neglected necessity is the essential difference between the fields of humanities and social sciences and other fields in relation to society and industry, which seems to demand new definitions, models and measures. in this research, the model of technology readiness level, which is implicitly or explicitly used in evaluating the applicability of various science research in relation to society and industry, was used as a basis. then, by reviewing related texts, the relationship of humanities and social sciences with this model was reviewed in the form of four perspectives of equalization, role-taking, combination, and replacement, and finally, suggestions for providing an alternative model were presented
