نقش تعامل اثربخش صنعت و دانشگاه در ارتقا پیامدهای مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنیان

در اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان نقش دانش در مقایسه با منابع طبیعی، سرمایه فیزیکی و نیروی کار اهمیت بیشتری دارد. در واقع در این اقتصاد، دانش نقش اصلی را در خلق ثروت را ایفا می‌کند. نظام‌های مربوط به تولید کالا و خدمات با نظام‌های تولید دانش و فناوری یکپارچه شده است و در درون نظام‌های نوآوری و در تعامل تنگاتنگ و ارگانیک با یکدیگر همزیستی و همکاری می‌کنند. نظام نوآوری ترکیب منسجمی از دانشگاه‌ها، مراکز پژوهشی، واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه، شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، سرمایه‌های خطرپذیر، امکانات و زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی و نهادی و سرمایه‌های انسانی است که با یک مدیریت متمرکز و ساختار حقوقی و مقررات خاص و با اتصال به یک بازار مصرف، کالا و خدمات دانش‌محور تولید می‌کند. بنابراین ارتباط و تعامل اثربخش میان دانشگاه و صنعت با توجه به ماهیت خود می تواند تاثیر بسزایی در ارتقا پیامدهای مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنیان داشته باشد. در پژوهش حاضر ضمن اشاره به مهم ترین پیامدهای اقتصاد دانش بنیان، نحوه تاثیر گذاری تعامل اثربخش میان صنعت و دانشگاه بر هریک از این پیامدها نیز مورد بررسی و بحث قرار گرفته است و در نهایت به منظور افزایش سطح تاثیر این مهم بر توسعه پیامدهای مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنیان، پیشنهادهایی ارائه گردیده است.

the effective role of industry and university in promoting messages related to the knowledge-based economy

in the knowledge-based economy, the role of knowledge is more important compared to natural resources, physical capital and labor. in fact, in this economy, knowledge plays the main role in wealth creation. the systems related to the production of goods and services are integrated with the systems of knowledge and technology production, and they coexist and cooperate with each other within innovation systems and in close and organic interaction. the innovation system is a coherent combination of universities, research centers, research and development units, knowledge-based companies, venture capital, physical and institutional facilities and infrastructure, and human capital, which with a centralized management and legal structure and specific regulations and by connecting to a consumer market, produces knowledge-based goods and services. therefore, the effective communication and interaction between the university and the industry, considering its nature, can have a significant impact in improving the consequences related to the knowledge-based economy. in this research, while pointing out the most important consequences of knowledge-based economy, the way of effective interaction between industry and university has been investigated and discussed on each of these consequences, and finally in order to increase the level of this important impact on the development of consequences related to knowledge-based economy, suggestions have been presented.
