اهمیت تقویت روابط میان نهادهای علمی و بنگاه های صنعتی

پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه در بهبود فضای کسب وکار است. در این راستا برنامه ریزی وسیاست گذاری جدی در خصوص اشتغال افراد تحصیل کرده از ضرورت های نظام آموزش عالی و اشتغال کشور درسازمان ها و شرکت ها است. بی شک در دنیای رقابتی امروز، یکی از مهمترین عوامل موفقیت یک سازمان برخورداری از نیروی انسانی متخصص است. هدف از این مطالعه نقش تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه در بهبود فضای کسب وکار است. در دنیای امروز، رابطه ای مستقیم بین توسعه تکنولوژی و پیشرفت در ابعاد مختلف اجتماعی، اقتصادی و سیاسی هر کشور برقرار است. به طوریکه میتوان گفت تکنولوژی عامل اساسی برای ایجاد ثروت، دانایی و توانایی کشورها بوده و ابزاری قدرتمند در توسعه ملی به شمار می آید. تکنولوژی طبق تعریف اسکاپ، چهار رکن اساسی دارد: انسان، ماشین، سازمان و اطلاعات که تعامل اینها با یکدیگر موجب رشد و توسعه اقتصادی می شوند.

the importance of strengthening relations between scientific institutions and industrial enterprises

the present study examines the role of industry and university in improving the business environment. in this regard, serious planning and policy-making regarding the jobs of academics from the higher education system and the country s jobs in organizations and companies. the relationship between industry and academia has been examined and analyzed many times by experts in recent years and its various issues have been evaluated and analyzed from specialized angles. considering the influence of the factors that this type of communication has on the endogenous development of the country and has direct and indirect effects in strategic areas such as self-sufficiency, science production, etc., there are many, diverse and sometimes contradictory solutions from the side of the policies. proposers have been proposed and implemented. in this article, which is derived from a research project with the same theme, while examining the relationship between universities and industry in developed countries and iran, the position of research and development in these countries, including iran, has been briefly discussed. the current study is considered a fundamental study in terms of research orientation. in fundamental research, the researcher studies in a specific field only to develop knowledge. in addition, since in this research, the considered data will be provided based on data collection tools such as interviews, this .research is classified as a fundamental experimental research
