ضرورت همکاری صنعت تولید مرغ و دانشگاه در عصر اقتصاد دانش بنیان و برخی ظرفیت‌های پیش‌رو

امروزه کشورهای توسعه یافته که با رویکرد سیستماتیک، اقتصاد دانش بنیان را با مدیریت یادگیری و تحقیق و نوآوری موثر ایجاد کرده‌اند، عملاً توانسته‌اند با توسعه فناوری‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری، تولید کالاها و خدمات خود را بهبود بخشند و ارزش افزوده اقتصادی خود را افزایش دهند. متاسفانه در کشورهای در حال توسعه فاصله قابل توجهی بین پتانسیل‌های علمی کشور با نیازهای بخش صنعت به معنای مجموعۀ فعالیت‌های اقتصادی منسجم و هماهنگ، وجود دارد که باید شکاف موجود با تعامل بیشتر صنایع و مراکز علمی و دانشگاهی پر شود. یکی از مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر در جوامع در دستیابی به ارتقا و توسعه، همکاری دو جانبه بین دانشگاه‌ها و صنایع می‌باشد که می‌تواند تاثیری تعیین کننده در اقتصاد و صنعت آن کشور داشته باشد. لذا برقراری ارتباط منسجم و سازمان یافته بین صنایع و دانشگاه‌ها یکی از نیازهای اساسی کشورها می‌باشد. به گونه‌ای که بدون پیوند صحیح میان این سازمان‌ها، توسعه مطلوب یک جامعه به دور از تصور خواهد بود. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی ضرورت همکاری صنعت تولید مرغ و دانشگاه در عصر اقتصاد دانش بنیان و برخی ظرفیت‌های پیش ‌رو می‌پردازد. این پژوهش به روش کتابخانه‌ای و رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام گرفت و در پایان نیز راهکارهایی به منظور الگوهایی ثمربخش برای ارتقا همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت در کشور ارائه گردید. یافته های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد صنعت تولید مرغ گوشتی در ایران با بحران بهره‌وری روبه‌رو است و مهم‌ترین عوامل موثر بر این بحران عبارتند از: دانش و فناوری، گسترش زنجیره‌ها، گسترش مقیاس، ارتقا سطح مدیریت و فرهنگ کار، تمرکزگرایی، سرمایه انسانی. انتظار می رود در فرایند تعامل دانشگاه و این صنعت،دانشگاه بتواند در یافتن راه حل های مناسب برای حل بحران مورد نظر به این صنعت کمک کند.

the necessity of cooperation between the chicken production industry and universities in the era of a knowledge-based economy and the respective capacities

developed countries that have created a systematic knowledge-based economy by managing learning and effective research and innovation, have really been able to increase the production of goods and services and their economic added value by developing technologies and increasing productivity. unfortunately, a significant gap exists between the scientific potential of iran and the needs of the industry sector. in other words, studies have shown the lack of a set of coherent and coordinated economic activities in these sectors. therefore, the gap must be filled with greater interaction between industries and scientific and academic institutions and organizations. moreover, a major effective factor to achieve promotion and development in societies is bilateral cooperation between universities and industries, which can have a significant effect on the economy and industry of each country. hence, one of the basic needs of countries has been considered a coherent and organized communication between industries and universities, meaning that lack of a proper connection between them will lead to failure of the desired development of a society. this study investigated the necessity of cooperation between the chicken production industry and universities in the era of the knowledge-based economy and the respective capacities. the library method and content analysis method were used in the study and solutions to provide useful models were presented to enhance cooperation between universities and industry in iran. according to the findings, it was found that the broiler production industry in iran is facing a productivity crisis and the most important factors affecting this crisis include knowledge and technology, expansion of chains, expansion of scale, improvement of management level and work culture, centralization, and human capital. thus, in the process of interaction between universities and the above-mentioned industry, the university is expected to be able to help the industry in finding appropriate solutions to solve the crisis.
