مسیرهای انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی به صنعت در مراکز رشد دانشگاهی (مطالعة میدانی: مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور دانشگاه رازی)

مراکز رشد دانشگاهی یکی از ابزارهای انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی دانشگاهی بوده و با حمایت از محققان و اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه؛ به ایشان در تجاری‏ سازی دستاوردهای تحقیقاتی یاری می ‏رسانند. ارزیابی مراکز رشد دانشگاهی مبتنی بر اعداد و ارقام تعداد شرکت ‏های مستقر یا خروج یافته از ایشان و درآمدهای حاصله بوده و در ارزیابی عملکرد مراکز رشد به هدف اصلی از تشکیل این مراکز یعنی انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی؛ توجه کمتری صورت می‏گیرد. این امر اساساً بدان علت است که مسیرهای انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی دانشگاهی از طریق مراکز رشد مورد توجه محققان نبوده و در تدوین شاخص ‏های ارزیابی مراکز رشد به آن توجه نشده است. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی انواع روش ‏های انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی دانشگاهی از طریق مراکز رشد؛ به مطالعة میدانی مرکز رشد دانشگاه رازی پرداخته است. شناسایی این روش ‏ها علاوه بر ایجاد یک ملاک جدید جهت ارزیابی موفقیت مراکز رشد، امکان تقویت مکانیزم‏ های انتقال تکنولوژی از طریق مسیرهای موجود را فراهم می‏سازد. در مرکز رشد واحدهای فناور دانشگاه رازی، انتقال تکنولوژی از روش‏ های آموزش عمومی و خصوصی، مشاوره ‏های تخصصی عمومی و خصوصی، ارزیابی و داوری طرح‏ ها و ایده ‏ها برمبنای آخرین دانش و تکنولوژی در دسترس و برگزاری جلسات دوره‏ای میان واحدها و شرکت ‏های مستقر جهت انتقال دانش صریح و ضمنی صورت می‏گیرد. در پایان مسیر پیشنهادی انتقال تکنولوژی از طریق مراکز رشد ارائه شده و رویکرد جدید ارزیابی این مراکز ارائه شده است تا وظیفة این مراکز در انتقال دانش و تکنولوژی در ارزیابی عملکرد این مراکز نیز نمود یابد.

paths of knowledge and technology transfer to industry in academic accerelators (field study: razi university technological units development center)

academic acceleratos are one of the knowledge and technology transfer units. accelerators help researchers and university faculty members in commercializing the research achievements. the evaluation of academic accelerators is based on the numbers of companies established or exited successfully from them and the incomes obtained. in evaluating the performance of accelerators, the main purpose of forming these centers which is the transfer of knowledge and technology; has got least attention. this is basically due to the fact that the paths of academic knowledge and technology transfer through accelerators have not been considered by the researchers and it has not been taken into account in developing the evaluation indicators of growth centers. this study aims to identify various methods of academic knowledge and technology transfer through accelerators by field study of razi university accelerator. in addition to creating a new criterion for evaluating the success of accelerators, this study provides the possibility of strengthening technology transfer mechanisms through existing routes. in razi university accelerator, is done by transfer of technology from public and private education methods, public and private expert consultations, evaluation and judging of projects and ideas based on the latest knowledge and technology available and holding periodical meetings which is taken place between established units and companies to transfer explicit and implicit knowledge. at the end, the proposed route of technology transfer through growth centers and the new approach of evaluating these centers is presented. the performance of these centers in transferring knowledge and technology is also reflected in the evaluation of the performance of these centers.
