ارائه یک مدل برای راه اندازی و توسعه صنایع و تجارت در مناطق آزاد تجاری با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

امروزه مناطق آزاد تجاری به عنوان یکی از پایه‌های اقتصادی در توسعه صنایع، افزایش صادرات و جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، سهم بزرگی را از اقتصاد کشورهای مختلف به خود تخصیص داده‌ است‌. از دیدگاه توسعه اقتصاد ملی، راه‌اندازی و توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری می‌تواند همانند دریچه‌ای به جهان خارج، آزادی مبادلات تجاری را در بین صنایع تامین کند و از این طریق به توسعه اقتصادی و صنعتی کشور یاری رساند. از دیدگاه توسعه اقتصاد منطقه‌ای، منطقه آزاد تجاری موجب تحرک و پویایی اقتصاد نواحی مجاور خود می‌شود و حرکت سرمایه، نیروی کار و مدیریت را به مناطق منتخب تسریع می‌کند. در نتیجه، ایجاد منطقه آزاد تجاری در بطن فعالیت‌های اقتصادی، فرایندی هدفمند محسوب می‌شود که وظیفه آن، کمک به رشد اقتصادی، تقویت صنعتی شدن و فراهم کردن امکانات مبادلات بازرگانی است که این مهم در سایه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه به نحو مطلوب محقق می‌گردد. بر اساس بررسی‌های صورت گرفته به نظر می‌رسد که در زمینه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه و نقش آنان در ایجاد و توسعه مناطق آزاد تجاری تلاش قابل ملاحظه‌ای صورت نگرفته است، لذا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال ارائه مدلی برای توسعه صنعت و تجارت در مناطق آزاد تجاری-صنعتی با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه می‌باشد، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش مرور نظام‌مند مطالعات انجام شده است. این پژوهش پیشنهادهای عملی مناسبی را برای راه اندازی و توسعه صنعت و تجارت در مناطق آزاد تجاری_ صنعتی با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه به همراه دارد.

the model of development of industry and trade in commercial-industrial free zones with emphasis on the interaction of industry and university

today, free trade zones as one of the economic bases in developing industries, increasing exports and attracting foreign investment have allocated a large share of the economy of different countries. from the point of view of the development of the national economy, the establishment and development of free trade zones can ensure the freedom of commercial exchanges among industries, like a window to the outside world, and in this way help the economic and industrial development of the country. from the point of view of regional economic development, the free trade zone causes the mobility and dynamism of the economy of its neighboring regions and accelerates the movement of capital, labor and management to the selected regions. as a result, the creation of a free trade zone in the heart of economic activities is considered a purposeful process whose task is to help economic growth, strengthen industrialization and provide opportunities for commercial exchanges, which is achieved in the shade of interaction between industry and university. based on the investigations, it seems that no significant efforts have been made in the field of interaction between industry and university and their role in the creation and development of free trade zones, therefore, the present research seeks to provide a model for the establishment and development of industries and trade in free trade zones. emphasizing the interaction between the industry and the university, the present research was conducted using the method of systematic literature review (slr). this research brings suitable practical suggestions for setting up and developing industries and trade in free trade zones with an emphasis on interaction between industry and university
