سرمایه های انسانی و ضرورت تعامل دانشگاه‌ و صنعت‌

دانشگاه ها از ‌یکسو تامین کننده نیروی انسانی متخصص ‌در ‌سطح ‌عالی هستند ‌و ‌از ‌سوی دیگر بسیاری از‌توانایی های علمی، تحقیقاتی و ‌آزمایشگاهی در ‌آنجا ‌متمرکز ‌شده ‌است. ‌بنابراین دانشگاه ‌به ‌عنوان مجموعه ایآکادمیک که‌به‌طور‌مستمر‌پردازش‌علمی و‌پژوهشی در‌آن‌صورت‌میگیرد، میتواند‌تقویت کننده ‌نهاد‌صنعت‌باشد‌و ‌از ‌این طریق است‌که ‌صنعت‌و ‌اقتصاد ‌در ‌یک جامعه ‌میتواند‌توسعه ‌و ‌ارتقا‌یابد. این‌پژوهش‌با ‌هدفسرمایه های انسانی و ‌ضرورت ‌تعامل ‌دانشگاه و ‌صنعت صورت ‌پذیرفت. این مطالعه به ‌بررسی پژوهش هایی ‌در‌خصوص تعاملات‌ بین صنعت‌و‌ دانشگاه‌ به‌شکل‌ ادبیات مروری بررسی پرداخته‌ است‌.برای یافتن مستندات‌ مرتبط‌با‌سرمایه های انسانی ‌و ‌جایگاه ‌آن ‌در ‌صنعت، ‌جستجو ‌در ‌پایگاه داده های اطلاعاتی sid، ‌ensani، ‌civilica‌،magiran‌،sciencedirect، scopus از‌زمان‌ابداع‌این پایگاه ها تا‌پاییز1401‌ به‌دو‌زبان‌فارسی و‌انگلیسی انجام‌شد‌.از‌مجموع‌ مطالعه موجود‌ در‌پایگاه داده های اطلاعاتی مورد بررسی، 18 مطالعه واجد‌ معیارهای ورود‌به‌مطالعه‌بودند‌ که‌منابع‌ اطلاعاتی این مطالعه‌را‌تشکیل دادند. گزارش های اخیر در‌مورد نتایج اصلی پژوهش‌نشان‌میدهدکه ‌دانشگاه ‌در ‌هزاره ‌سوم ‌نقش آفرین اصلی تحولات‌ اجتماعی بوده ‌و ‌در ‌واقع ‌کانون ‌اصلی تربیت نیروی انسانیمتخصص‌و ‌آموزش دیده به ‌حساب ‌می آید که ‌با ‌برخورداری از ‌ایده ها و ‌اندیشه های نو ‌میتواند هر ‌لحظه ‌در‌شریان های حیاتی جامعه ‌که ‌حرکت‌رو ‌به ‌رشد دارد ‌نیروی نوینی را ‌تزریق نموده ‌و ‌صنعت‌نیز با‌به ‌کار بستن‌ایده های نوظهور‌ دانشگاهیان میتواند اندیشه توسعه‌ اقتصادی و‌اجتماعی جامعه‌را‌محقق‌ سازد‌.نتایج این مطالعه‌مروری نشان داد که چالش هایی پیش‌روی جامعه‌در ‌زمینه‌اشتغال‌ بالاخص‌ اشتغال‌ فارغ التحصیلان دانشگاهی از‌سوی دیگر لزوم ‌توسعه ‌مهارتهای شغلی و ‌کارآفرینی را ‌دوچندان ‌کرده ‌است ‌و ‌کمبود ‌مهارت های کافی برایاستخدام‌ پذیری و‌کارآفرینی مهمترین چالش‌ فارغ التحصیلان‌دانشگاهی است‌.بررسی وضعیت صنعتی و‌تحقیقاتیکشور‌نشان میدهد که رابطه محکمی میان دولت‌،دانشگاه و‌صنعت آنطور که باید وجود‌ندارد‌یعنی یک اتحادیمحکم‌مشاهده‌ نمیشود‌.اگرچه ممکن است در‌برخی موارد‌ ارتباط منطقی و‌مناسبی هم‌ برقرار‌شده باشد‌،اما‌کافینبوده‌است.

human capitals and the necessity of interaction between university and industry

background & aims: on the one hand, universities provide high-level specialist human resources, and on the other hand, many scientific, research and laboratory capabilities are concentrated there. therefore, the university, as an academic complex that continuously conducts scientific and research processes, can strengthen the institution of industry, and it is through this that industry and economy in a society can develop and improve. this research was done with the aim of human capital and the necessity of interaction between university and industry.methodology: this study examines the researches about interactions between industry and university in the form of a literature review. in order to find documents related to human capital and its place in the industry, a search was made in sid, ensani, civilica, magiran, sciencedirect, scopus databases from the time these databases were invented until the fall of 1401 in persian and english languages. from the total number of articles in the investigated information database, 18 articles met the inclusion criteria, which formed the information sources of this study.findings: recent reports on the main results of the research show that in the third millennium, the university was the main player in the social transformations, and in fact, it is considered the main center for the training of specialized and trained human resources, which with the possession of ideas and thoughts innovation can inject new energy into the vital arteries of the growing society at any moment, and the industry can realize the idea of economic and social development of the society by applying the emerging ideas of academics.conclusion: the results of this review study showed that the challenges facing the society in the field of employment, especially the employment of university graduates, on the other hand, have doubled the need to develop job skills and entrepreneurship, and the lack of sufficient skills for employability and entrepreneurship is the most important challenge for university graduates. examining the country s industrial and research situation shows that there is no strong relationship between the government, university and industry as it should be, that is, a strong alliance is not observed. although in some cases, a logical and appropriate communication may have been established, but it was not enough.
