نقش دانشگاه ها در تاسیس شرکت های دانش بنیان و اشتغال زایی دانشجویان

تحولات در محیط اجتماعی باعث دگرگونی نظام تولید شده است و به تبع آن دانشگاه محور اصلی این نظاممی باشد. برای رسیدن به پیشرفت پایدار، تربیت نیروهای انسانی متخصص، کارآمد و مورد نیاز بخش های متفاوتجامعه، توسط نهادهای آموزشی به عنوان یک اصل اساسی بیان شده است. پرداختن به اشتغال زایی دانشآموختگانی که دارای توانایی ها و مهارت های لازم برای راه اندازی یک شرکت دانش بنیان مناسب باشد، از وظایفاصلی هر دانشگاه محسوب میشود که خلا آن کاملا آشکار است. برای تطبیق کارکردهای دانشگاه با محیط اطرافاستراتژی دانشگاه باید عوض شود. با توجه به اینکه بدون حمایت های مادی و معنوی از نخبگان و نوآوران علمی ورفتاری دانشجویان توانمند کشور از طریق کمک برای ایجاد محصول و خدمت از دستاوردهای پژوهشی آنهاامکان پذیر نیست، در همین راستا نویسندگان درصددند تا با ساماندهی به مطالعات پیشین و با روش کتابخانه ای بهبررسی نقش دانشگاه ها در تاسیس شرکت های دانش بنیان و اشتغال زایی دانشجویان بپردازند. برای رسیدن به اینهدف محققان اقدام به مطالعه مقالات منتشر در محدوده زمانی 2000 تا 2022 از پایگاه های معتبر علمی داخلی وخارجی اقدام نمودند که مرتبط به حوزه دانشگاه ها و تاسیس شرکت ها و اشتغال زایی می باشند و با توجه به اهمیتتوسعه شرکت های دانش بنیان در توسعه اقتصادی و اشتغال زایی کشور نقش دانشگاه ها در اشتغال زایی دانشآموختگان در شرکت های دانش بنیان بیان اهمیت بسزایی دارد. بر همین اساس دانشگاه ها باید بر طراحی دوره هایآموزشی و تربیت نیروی انسانی ماهر تمرکز کنند و از این طریق باعث ایجاد شرکت های جدید و پیشرفت کشورشوند. این پژوهش راهکارهای عملیاتی را برای برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران به همراه دارد.

changes in the social environment have caused the transformation of the production system, and as a result, the university, which is the main axis of this system, undergoes diversity. in order to achieve sustainable progress, education of specialized, efficient and needed human resources in different parts of the society has been expressed by educational institutions as a basic principle. dealing with the employment of graduates who have the necessary abilities and skills to start a suitable knowledge-based company is considered one of the main duties of any university, and its gap is quite obvious. to adapt the functions of the university to the surrounding environment, the strategy of the university should be changed. considering that it is not possible without material and spiritual support from the elites and scientific and behavioral innovators of the capable students of the country through help to create products and services from their research achievements, in this regard, the authors are trying to organize previous studies and with library method to examine the role of universities in establishing knowledge-based companies and creating employment for students. to achieve this goal, the researchers studied the articles published between 2000 and 2022 from reliable domestic and foreign scientific databases. that there is a positive relationship between universities and the establishment of companies and the employment of graduates, and considering the importance of the development of knowledge-based companies in the economic development and job creation of the country, the role of universities in the employment of graduates in knowledge-based companies is very important has it. accordingly, universities should focus on the design of training courses and the training of skilled human resources and in this way create new companies and the progress of .the country
