رهبری تحول آفرین جهانی در وزارت نیرو ایران با تاکید بر ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

رهبری تحول آفرین جهانی یکی از زمینه های مهم مطالعه رهبری و دغدغه ای برای رهبران ملی و سازمانی محسوبمیشود. به این دلیل که سازمان های عصر حاضر با هر حوزه فعالیت به دنبال نقش آفرینی موثر و تحقق اهدافسازمانی و ملی در عرصه جهانی هستند. این مطالعه به این موضوع تاکید دارد که رهبری تحول آفرین جهانی حوزهمهمی است که متناسب با دغدغه ها، مسائل و اهداف جهانی وزارت نیرو ایران است. همچنین این مطالعه با تمرکز بر بستر سازمانی دولتی، تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه و در بخش مهم انرژی و آب ایران به عنوان کشوری از منطقهخاورمیانه که به تحول و همراهی موثر با عرصه جهانی نیاز دارد، انجام شده است. لذا هدف کلی از انجام اینپژوهش، رهبری تحول آفرین جهانی در وزارت نیرو ایران با تاکید بر ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه می باشد. با توجه بهاینکه فرآیندهای رهبری در بخش انرژی و آب از جمله خلاهای علمی و عملی به شمار می آید این مطالعه گاممفیدی در زمینه غنا بخشی به عرصه علمی و مقدمه ای برای اقدامات عملی در این راستا با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت ودانشگاه می باشد. این مطالعه پیشنهادهای کاربردی برای سیاست گذاران و برنامه ریزان به همراه دارد.

global transformational leadership is one of the important fields of leadership study and concerns for national and organizational leaders. this is because today's organizations with every field of activity seek to play an effective role and achieve organizational and national goals in the global arena. this study emphasizes that global transformational leadership is an important field that fits the global concerns, issues and goals of iran's ministry of energy. also, this study has been done by focusing on the governmental organizational platform, the interaction of industry and university, and in the important sector of energy and water in iran as a country in the middle east region that needs transformation and effective cooperation with the world arena. therefore, the general goal of conducting this research is to lead a global change maker in the ministry of energy of iran with an emphasis on the connection between industry and university. considering that the leadership processes in the energy and water sectors are among the scientific and practical gaps, this study is a useful step in enriching the scientific field and an introduction to practical measures in this direction, emphasizing the interaction between industry and university. this study brings practical suggestions for policy makers and planners.
