شناسایی چالش های مرتبط با حوزه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

دانشگاه و صنعت دو نهاد کلیدى جامعه در دنیاى دانایى محور امروز هستند. اگرچه در گذشته نیازى به برقرارى رابطه بین این دو نهاد در جوامع بسیار ضروری احساس نمى شد، ولى امروز لزوم ایجاد چنین ارتباط و تعاملى بین این دو نهاد بیش از پیش آشکار شده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و بررسی چالش های مرتبط با تعامل بین دو حوزه صنعت و دانشگاه براساس رویکرد کیفی انجام شد که به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد، به گونه ای که اشباع نظری یافته ها، در زمان انجام پانزدهمین مصاحبه حاصل گردید. تحلیل داده ها از روش گرانددتئوری صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شامل اساتید دانشگاه بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند (ازنوع گلوله برفی) انتخاب شدند. یافته های حاصل پژوهش حاکی از آنست که شانزده چالش جدی در روند توسعه تعامل بین صنعت و دانشگاه وجود دارد که با شناسایی راهکارهای مناسب در جهت رفع آن ها مرتفع خواهند شد.

university and industry are the two key institutions of society in today s knowledge-oriented world. although in the past, the need to establish a relationship between these two institutions was not felt to be very necessary in societies, but today the need to establish such a relationship and interaction between these two institutions has become more apparent. therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of identifying and investigating the challenges related to the interaction between the two fields of industry and university based on a qualitative approach, in order to collect data, a semi-structured in-depth interview tool was used to collect data, in such a way that the theoretical saturation of the findings was achieved at the time of the fifteenth interview. data analysis was done by grand theory method. the statistical population of the research included university professors who were selected using the purposeful (snowball) sampling method. the findings of the research indicate that there are sixteen serious challenges in the development process of interaction between industry and university, which will be solved by identifying appropriate solutions to solve them.
