موداک(من و دانشگاه کارافرین)

در این طرح به بررسی ایجاد یک مرکز مرتبط با تکنیک های ایجاد و توسعه کسب وکارهای کوچک با توجه به شرایطاقتصادی موجود و آینده و همچنین وضعیت جذب دانشجو در سال های اخیر و آینده، پرداخته شده است. هدفاصلی این طرح استفاده از پتانسیل های اقتصادی اتاق بازرگانی و دانشگاه و دانشجویان و کسب درآمد مشترک بیناتاق بازرگانی و دانشگاه می باشد. با توجه به ظرفیت های موجود در اتاق بازرگانی و دانشگاه (سخت افزاری و نرمافزاری) و با توجه به مسئولیت اجتماعی هر دو مجموعه در حوزه های نوین، زمینه های مختلف کاری مورد بررسیقرار گرفت و موضوع مدرسه مهارتی کسب وکار مطرح گردید. عوامل مهمی همچون نقاط ضعف و قوت صنعت،تجارت و دانشگاه و میزان فضای بازار موجود در جامعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواردی همچون وضعیت دانشجویانتوانمند (علمی – اجرائی – مالی )، ارتباط با مراکز و صنایع ، بررسی وجود میزان آگاهی در حوزه مهارت هایکسب وکار، تامین مالی، بازاریابی، فروش و ..... ، وجود امکانات مناسب در سطح اتاق بازرگانی و دانشگاه به عنوانمهمترین منابع موجود میتواند مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. پیش بینی میشود با هدفمند کردن رویه های فعلی دانشگاهمورد توجه قرار گرفت و در نهایت پیشنهاد ایجاد یک سیستم یکپارچه در فضای خارج از دانشگاه و تحت نظر اتاقبازرگانی تحت عنوان مدرسه عالی مهارتی ارائه شد که بتواند از ظرفیت های موجود استفاده نماید. در ادامه واحدهایمختلف مدرسه مهارتی مختصر معرفی شدند و در پایان زیرساخت های مورد نیاز برای اجرای این سیستم ارائه شدهاست.

in this project, the creation of a center related to the techniques of creating and developingsmall businesses has been investigated according to the current and future economicconditions, as well as the state of student recruitment in recent and future years. the maingoal of this project is to use the economic potential of the chamber of commerce and theuniversity and students and to earn joint income between the chamber of commerce andthe university. considering the capacities available in the chamber of commerce and theuniversity (hardware and software) and considering the social responsibility of both groupsin new areas, various fields of work were examined and the issue of business skill schoolwas raised. important factors such as the strengths and weaknesses of industry, trade anduniversity and the amount of market space in the society were examined. things like thestatus of capable students (scientific-executive-financial), communication with centers andindustries, checking the level of awareness in the field of business skills, financing,recovery, sales, etc., the existence of suitable facilities at the level of the chamber ofcommerce. and the university can be used as the most important resource available. it isexpected that by targeting the current procedures of the university, it will be taken intoconsideration, and finally, a proposal to create an integrated system outside the universityand under the supervision of the chamber of commerce under the title of a high skill schoolthat can use the existing capacities was presented. in the following, the various units of theskill school were briefly introduced, and at the end, the infrastructure required for theimplementation of this system was presented.
