چکیده
|
نوآوری، کلید رشد و توسعه اقتصادی و تحقق اهداف بلندمدت برنامه ریزی های اجتماعی – اقتصادی است. لذا توجه به ابعاد مختلف آن در محیط های مختلف، می تواند راه گشای حرکت به سمت توسعه یافتگی باشد. در این بین، توجه به نوآوری در محیط های شهری به سبب افزایش توده شهرنشین و بالتبع آن، افزایش فرصت ها و چالش های شهرنشینی دارای اهمیت دوچندانی است. لذا در این مقاله، به بررسی نوآوری شهری بر اساس گروه بندی انجام شده توسط گزارش جغرافیای شهری (2022) و دو پیامد اصلی توسعه نوآوری شهری، سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی و اشتغال می پردازد. نتایج حاصل نشانگر آن است که شهرهای موفق در زمینه توسعه نوآوری شهری در هر دو بخش ظرفیت ها و استعدادهای نوآوری، عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر شهرها داشته اند و همچنین، سرمایه انسانی ویژه (نخبگان) به عنوان یکی از مهمترین دستاوردهای نظام دانشگاهی کارآمد، نقش مهمی در توسعه نوآوری بر عهد دارند. لذا، انتظار بر این است که توسعه دانشگاه های نوآور، به توسعه نوآوری شهری منتج گردد.

Abstract
|
innovation is the key to economic growth and development and the realization of long-term goals of socio-economic planning. therefore, paying attention to its different dimensions in different environments can open the way to move towards development. in the meantime, attention to innovation in urban environments is of double importance due to the increase in the mass of urban dwellers and consequently, the increase in the opportunities and challenges of urbanization. therefore, this article examines urban innovation with emphasis on the role of universities. the results show that successful cities in the field of urban innovation development have performed better than other cities in both areas of innovation capacities and talents, and also, as one of the most important achievements of an efficient university system, special human capital (elites) plays an important role in the development of innovation. therefore, it is expected that the development of innovative universities will lead to the development of urban innovation..
