فرا تحلیل ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

در سال های اخیر چالش ارتباط دانشگاه ها و صنعت، موضوعی است که کارشناسان و مسئولان دانشگاهی و صنعتبیش از پیش به آن می پردازند و درصدد هستند تا راهکارها و مسیرهای مطمئن و برنامه ریزی شده ای را برای تقویتاین ارتباط در نظر بگیرند. هدف این مطالعه، تبیین فلسفه و چرایی تعامل صنعت با دانشگاه و بر مبنای دیدگاه ها وپیشینه های موجود به روش مرور اسنادی، است. در این مطالعه، دیدگاه ها، مشخصه های اصلی توسعه مبتنی برنوآوری، نیروی انسانی کارآفرین، واحدهای تحقیق و توسعه و شرکت های دانش بنیان به شمار میروند وزیرساخت های عمده این عصر، دانشگاه های کارآفرین و مراکز رشد و پارک های علم و فناوری به حساب می آیند.امروزه، برای برقراری ارتباط موثر بین دانشگاه و صنعت باید راهبردها و راهکارهای جدیدی را در چارچوبکارکردهای نظام های نوآوری اتخاذ در این مطالعه ویژگی های صنعت و دانشگاه در کشور ایران از منظر نظام هاینوآوری بیان و با توجه به کارکردهای این نظام مشخص شده است. سپس، با توجه به کارکردهای سیاست گذاری،تحقیق و توسعه، تامین منابع، توسعه منابع انسانی، انتقال فناوری، کارآفرینی، پیشنهادهایی برای توسعه ارتباطدانشگاه و صنعت در ایران ارائه شده است.

in recent years, the challenge of communication between universities and industry is an issue that academic and industry experts and officials are dealing with more and more and they are trying to find reliable and planned solutions and paths to strengthen this relationship. consider. the purpose of this study is to explain the philosophy and why of interaction between industry and university based on the existing views and backgrounds through document review. in this article, the views, the main characteristics of development based on innovation, entrepreneurial manpower, research and development units and knowledge-based companies are considered, and the major infrastructures of this era are entrepreneurial universities and centers. growth and science and technology parks are considered. today, in order to establish effective communication between university and industry, new strategies and solutions must be adopted within the framework of the functions of innovation systems. in this article, the characteristics of industry and university in iran are stated from the perspective of innovation systems and according to the functions of this system. has been specified. then, considering the functions of policy making, research and development, provision of resources, development of human resources, technology transfer, entrepreneurship, suggestions have been presented for the development of university-industry relationship in iran.
