بررسی عوامل موثر بر بیکاری دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی استان کرمانشاه

نیروی انسانی از غنی ترین سرمایه های هر کشور در رسیدن به رشد و توسعه صنعتی به شمار می رود. تجربه کشورهای پیشرفته و صنعتی، گویای این نکته اصلی و اساسی است که این کشورها در نخستین گام های توسعه خود، نگاهی ویژه همراه با برنامه ریزی های دقیق در رابطه با فارغ التحصیلان و دانش آموختگان خود داشته اند و ضمن توسعه همه جانبه صنعتی و علمی، توانسته اند با برنامه های دقیق خود، معضلات و مشکلاتی نظیر بیکاری را حل نمایند. اما در کشور ما، برخی عوامل که ریشه اجتماعی، اقتصادی و مدیریتی دارد، منجر به بروز پدیده بیکاری در دانش آموختگان دانشگاهی شده است و منابع عظیم نیروی انسانی را که باید محور اصل توسعه پایدار باشند، نادیده گرفته است. هدف از این پژوهش، تعیین عوامل موثر بر بیکاری دانش آموختگان از ابعاد آموزشی، فرهنگی - اجتماعی و مدیریتی می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل کلیه دانش آموختگان دانشگاه کرمانشاه، در طی سال های 1398 الی 1400 می باشد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ها، تعداد 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده، سپس برای جمع آوری اطلاعات موردنیاز، از افراد گروه نمونه خواسته شد، به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پاسخ دهند. نتایج حاصل از اجرای این پژوهش، موید تایید هر سه فرضیه می باشد و نتایج گویای این واقعیت است که عوامل آموزشی، مدیریتی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی در بیکاری دانش آموختگان، نقش مهم و بسزایی دارد. در بین عوامل ذکر شده، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، بیشترین تاثیر را بر میزان بیکاری دانش آموختگان داشته است.

investigating factors affecting the unemployment of university graduates in kermanshah province

human power is one of the richest capitals of any country in achieving industrial growth and development.the experience of advanced and industrialized countries shows the main and fundamental point that these countries, in the first steps of their development, have had a special look along with precise plans in relation to the education of their students and scholars, and in addition to all-round industrial and scientific development. have been able to solve problems such as unemployment with their accurate programs. but in our country, some factors that have social, economic and managerial roots have led to the phenomenon of unemployment among university graduates and have ignored the great human resources that should be the focus of the principle of sustainable development. the aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting the unemployment of graduates from educational, cultural-social and managerial aspects. the statistical population of the present study includes all the graduates of kermanshah university during the years 2019 to 2021. using the cluster sampling method, 150 people were selected as a sample, then to collect the required information, the people of the sample group were asked to answer the researcher s questionnaire. the results of this research confirm all three hypotheses and the results indicate the fact that educational, managerial, cultural and social factors play an important role in the unemployment of graduates. among the mentioned factors, cultural and social factors have had the greatest impact on the unemployment rate of graduates.
