نقش تاثیر ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در توسعه قابلیت های پویا در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط

امروزه انتقال دانش و فناوری های نوین خلق شده از مسیر مراکز علمی و آموزشی از قبیل دانشگاه با موسسات تحقیق و توسعه و شرکت‌های خصوصی و محققین از اهداف اصلی اتخاذ این سیاست‌ها بوده و با مهیاسازی یک سری از خدمات و امکانات، آن‌ها را در جهت حرکت به سمت تحقق مسیر ایده یا نوآوری تا تجاری‌سازی و تولید و توزیع ثروت هدایت می‌کند. هدف این پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در توسعه قابلیت‌های پویا در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط در شهر کرمانشاه است. پژوهش حاضر ازلحاظ نوع کمی و ازنظر هدف کاربردی است و به لحاظ گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش مدیران (مالکان) و نیروی انسانی متخصص حاضر در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمانشاه می‌باشد که حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی 385 نفر می‌باشد. در بخش آمار توصیفی از نرم‌افزار spss 23 و به منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در قالب مدل معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار smart pls3 انجام‌شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت با تاثیرگذاری مثبت و معنادار بر توسعه قابلیت ادراک، جذب، انطباق، نوآوری و شبکه‌سازی، با توسعه قابلیت‌های پویا در شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط شهر کرمانشاه دارای رابطه مثبت و معناداری می‌باشد.

today, the transfer of knowledge and new technologies created through scientific and educational centers such as universities with research and development institutions and private companies and researchers is one of the main goals of adopting these policies and by providing a series of services and facilities, they are in the direction of moving towards the realization of the path of ideas or innovation to commercialization and production and distribution of wealth. the purpose of this current research is to investigate the effect of university-industry relation on the development of dynamic capabilities in small and medium enterprises in kermanshah. the current research is quantitative in terms of type and practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, it is descriptive-survey and correlational. the statistical population of the research is managers (owners) and specialized human resources present in small and medium enterprises in kermanshah, the sample size using random sampling method is 385 people. in the descriptive statistics section, spss23 software was used to analyze the data in the form of structural equation model using smart pls3 software. the results of the research showed that the relation between university and industry has a positive and meaningful impact on the development of the ability to perceive, absorb, adapt, innovation and networking, and has a positive and meaningful relation the development of dynamic capabilities in small and medium enterprises in kermanshah.
