شبکه‌سازی در راستای تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت؛ الزام یا انتخاب؟

سرعت تغییرات در دهه‌های اخیر، برای بنگاه‌های صنعتی که مدل‌های بومی کسب‌وکار خود را بر مبنای اصول علمی بازآفرینی نمی‌کنند یک هشدار جدی تلقی می‌شود؛ تا جایی که در آینده نزدیک از میدان رقابت، بیرون رانده‌شده و متحمل شکست خواهند شد. شبکه، انگاره‌های اجتماعی بین کنشگران مستقل است که مسائل یا برنامه‌های پیرامونی خود را همراه با اعتماد شکل می‌دهند و بهره‌گیری از اصول ارتباط شبکه‌ای یا به عبارتی ارتباطات توام با اعتماد، به‌عنوان راهکاری مناسب برای تعامل واحدهای صنعتی با دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات پژوهشی موردتوجه سیاست‌گذاران و مدیران حوزه‌های علم و فناوری کشور قرار گرفته است. تجربه خوشه‌ها و بنگاه‌های صنعتی موفق، نشانگر آن است که جذب دانش و به اشتراک‌گذاری آن در درونِ اجتماعی با ارتباط شبکه‌ای قرار دارد که نوآوری و تحقیق و توسعه نیز در این میان، تابعی از آن می‌باشد. ساختار رابطه‌ای بین ذی‌نفعان مختلف در اکوسیستم تعاملی صنعت و دانشگاه، از دیدگاه نظریه شبکه، ضمنی است. این امر، در رابطه بین این دو یک سوال اساسی را مطرح می‌کند: شبکه‌سازی در راستای تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت الزام است یا انتخاب؟ از دیدگاه زیست‌بومی، توسعه ارتباط شبکه‌ای واحدهای صنعتی، امری ضروری و واجب در راستای افزایش بهره‌وری و سرمایه‌گذاری می‌باشد. تبیین نظریه شبکه، این تعامل را شفاف‌تر می‌سازد و شبکه‌سازی در راستای تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک منبع جذب سرمایه انسانی و همچنین یکی از استلزامات اتخاذ تصمیمات مدیریتی مدیران واحدهای صنعتی مطرح شود. شاید حالت ایده‌آل شبکه‌سازی بتواند زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری یک خوشه صنعتی دانش‌بنیان همچون سیلیکون ولی را فراهم سازد. در این راستا، ارائه راهکارهایی برای دستیابی به ارتباط شبکه‌ای واحدهای صنعتی و حرکت به سمت تعامل با دانشگاه‌ها، می‌تواند زمینه خودکفایی و خوداتکایی کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت واحدهای صنعتی را فراهم سازد و در افزایش بهره‌وری و سرمایه‌گذاری نقش مهمی را ایفا نماید. لذا پژوهش حاضر، با استدلال به نظریه پیوند شبکه، شبکه‌سازی در راستای تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت را به شدت انتخابی الزامی می‌داند.

networking in line with university and industry interaction; mandatory or optional?

the speed of changes in recent decades is considered a serious warning for industrial enterprises that do not recreate their native business models based on scientific principles; to the extent that in the near future they will be pushed out of the competition field and suffer defeat. a network is a social concept between independent actors who shape their surrounding issues or programs with trust, and using the principles of network communication or in other words communication combined with trust, as a suitable solution for the interaction of industrial units with universities and research institutes that are considered by policy makers. and managers of science and technology fields of the country. the experience of clusters and successful industrial enterprises shows that the absorption of knowledge and its sharing is within the society with network connection, which innovation and research and development are also a function of it. the relational structure between different stakeholders in the interactive ecosystem of industry and academia is implicit from the point of view of network theory. this raises a fundamental question in the relationship between the two: is networking in line with university-industry interaction a must or a choice? from an ecological point of view, the development of network communication of industrial units is necessary and obligatory in order to increase productivity and investment. explanation of the network theory makes this interaction more transparent and networking in line with the interaction between university and industry can be considered as a source of attracting human capital and also one of the requirements for making managerial decisions of managers of industrial units. perhaps the ideal state of networking can provide the grounds for the formation of a knowledge-based industrial cluster like silicon valley. in this regard, providing solutions to achieve network connection of industrial units and moving towards interaction with universities can provide the field of short-term and long-term self-sufficiency and self-reliance of industrial units and play an important role in increasing productivity and investment. therefore, the current research, by arguing to the theory of network connection, considers networking in the direction of interaction between university and industry to be highly selective.
