سامانه هوشمند فرصت؛ فرصت طلایی ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

تعامل موثر دانشگاه و صنعت به دلیل نقش موثری که در توسعه‌ی اقتصادی دارد موردتوجه می‌باشد. این تعامل در شرایط فعلی اقتصاد کشور، می‌تواند یکی از راه‌های خروج از اقتصاد متکی بر نفت و تقویت اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و مقاومتی باشد. شواهد تاریخی نشان می‌دهد که صنعت در ایران قدمت شش‌هزارساله و ورود آن به سبک نوین به کشور قدمت پنجاه‌ساله دارد. از طرف دیگر بیشتر از هفتادسال از ورود دانشگاه به ایران به سبک جدید آن نمی‌گذرد، اما بررسی روند هر دو نشان از رفتار مستقل دانشگاه از صنعت در سنوات گذشته دارد. البته طی این دوره تلاش‌هایی برای برقراری تعامل دانشگاه و صنعت صورت گرفته است ولی آنچه مسلم است تاکنون ارتباط پایداری بین صنعت و دانشگاه برقرار نشده است. بنابراین در این مقاله به ارائه مدل ارتباطی بین صنعت و دانشگاه با تاکید بر نقش اتاق‌های بازرگانی پرداخته شده است. چرا‌که اتاق‌های بازرگانی می‌توانند نقش تسهیلگری را برای کاهش ریسک این تعامل و تقویت آن داشته باشند. پیرو نتایج به‌دست‌آمده و مدل پیشنهادی تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه که بر پایه مدل باب هادسون می‌باشد، اتاق کرمان به‌عنوان پارلمان بخش خصوصی استان، سامانه هوشمند ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه را تحت عنوان سامانه فرصت پیاده سازی کرده است. هدف اصلی از ایجاد این سامانه، ایجاد ارتباطات دو یا چندجانبه میان ارکان اکوسیستم دانش‌بنیان می‌باشد. با توجه به اینکه این سامانه یک محصول دانش‌بنیان به‌منظور تقویت اکوسیستم فناوری و دانش‌بنیان می‌باشد، سایر اتاق‌های سراسر کشور نیز می‌توانند از امکانات و قابلیت‌های این سامانه بهره‌های لازم را برده تا بتوانند نقش تسهیل گری در تعامل میان ارکان آن را ایفا نمایند.

forsat intelligent system;the golden opportunity of industry-university interaction

innovational development consists of three main pillars, namely universities, the government and industry. the present projected is based on the view that to develop effective industry-university interactions, one should first bridge in the gap between the three bodies (industry, university, and government), while a fourth non-profit public institution trusted by the three bodies oversees and monitors the process and strives to dynamize and stabilize this interaction. to pave the path for sustainable development of the province and enhance its productivity and competitiveness, the kerman chamber accepted to insidiously serve as the fourth and has taken basic measures to develop a dynamic and stable interaction between industry and academia ever since. one of the most effective actions of kerman chamber is launching the forsat (means opportunity) smart system as an intelligent bridge to form a dynamic and stable interaction between industry and academia and also collecting valuable data to guide training programs and guide students based on the needs of the province s business ecosystem. by implementing this project, the kerman chamber has effectively fostered industry-university interactions and networks in kerman province, relying on measures to dynamize and stabilize the interactions. there is nothing in this project that cannot be replicated in other contexts, and it can be used as a model by other chambers who wish to fulfill their social responsibilities while enhancing the quality of services offered to their members. therefore, the project can be generalized to other chambers.
