توسعه مطالعات آینده‌پژوهی؛ الزامی در جهت دستیابی به تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه و صنعت

در عصر دانایی، الزام تعامل بین مراکز علمی و اجرایی، بیش‌ازپیش محسوس گردیده است. برای زندگی بهتر و توام با رفاه، کشور نیازمند رشد و توسعه متوازن و هماهنگ است. بنابراین باید نظام‌ها و نهادهای مختلف اجتماعی و اقتصادی، در مسیر دستیابی به این هدف از هماهنگی و ارتباطی پویا برخوردار باشند و با همکاری‌های متقابل، راه دستیابی به توسعه متوازن و پایدار را هموار سازند. بر همین اساس دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات پژوهشی به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین نهادهای علمی کشور، باید نسبت به نیازهای جامعه پاسخگو باشند و در این راستا تلاشی همه‌جانبه برای رفع مسائل از خود نشان دهند. از طرفی بحران‌ها و مشکلات کنونی، موجه‌ترین دلیل برای اندیشیدن پیرامون آینده است. این وضعیت، اهمیت و ضرورت آینده‌پژوهی را در بسیاری از کشورها تائید کرده است و آن را به عنوان اقدامی زیربنایی برای ساخت آینده مطلوب مطرح کرده است. در ایران، آینده‌پژوهی اندک زمانی است به عرصه سیاست‌گذاری وارد شده است و شمار اندکی از نیروهای کارآزموده کشور از آن بهره می‌گیرند. ازاین‌رو اگر آینده‌پژوهی بخواهد به رسالت خود عمل کند و جهان را به جای بهتری برای زیستن تبدیل کند، باید به عنوان یک جنبش اجتماعی مطرح شود. همچنین گفتمان‌ها در جامعه یک دیدگاه مسلط است. گاهی این گفتمان آن‌چنان ذهن‌ها را به هم نزدیک می‌کند که باعث عملکرد مشترک می‌شود. بنابراین با تغییر گفتمان می‌توان شاهد بروز رفتارهای جدیدتر و بهبودیافته‌تر بود و اگر گفتمانی از هم بپاشد رفتار افراد و سازمان‌ها متفاوت می‌گردد. در مطالعه حاضر برگرفته از مرور ادبیاتی از متون موجود و کارهای علمی انجام شده در حوزه آینده‌پژوهی، دانشگاه، صنعت و چگونگی ایجاد تعامل بین دانشگاه و صنعت، به بررسی ضرورت انجام مطالعات آینده‌پژوهی برای بهبود تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه با تاکید بر تغییر گفتمان‌ها در حیطه و ایجاد یک جنبش اجتماعی با در نظر گرفتن تمام ذی‌نفعان در این عرصه، می‌پردازد و مطالعات آینده‌پژوهی را الزامی برای بهبود تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه معرفی می‌کند. این پژوهش راهکارهای عملیاتی را برای برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران به همراه دارد.

the development of futures studies; a requirement to achieve effective interaction between university and industry

in the age of knowledge, the necessity of interaction between scientific and executive centers has become more obvious than in the past. for a better life and prosperity, the country needs balanced and harmonious growth and development. therefore, different social systems and institutions should have dynamic coordination and communication in the path of achieving this goal and pave the way to balanced and sustainable development with mutual cooperation. accordingly, universities and research institutes, as one of the most important scientific institutions of the country, must be responsive to the needs of the society and in this regard, show an all-out effort to solve the problems. on the other hand, current crises and problems are the most justified reason to think about the future. this situation has proved the importance and necessity of future research in many countries and has proposed it as a basic measure to build a desirable future. in iran, futurology has entered the field of policy-making for a short time, and a small number of experienced forces of the country take advantage of it. therefore, if future research wants to fulfill its mission and make the world a better place to live, it should be presented as a social movement. also, discourses are a dominant point of view in society. sometimes this discourse brings minds so close together that it causes joint action. therefore, by changing the discourse, we can witness the emergence of new behaviors, and if a discourse breaks down, the behavior of individuals and organizations will be different. in the present study, based on the literature review of existing texts and scientific works done in the field of futurology, university, industry and how to create interaction between university and industry, to investigate the necessity of conducting futurology studies to improve the interaction between industry and university with emphasis on changing discourses and creating a social movement takes into account all the stakeholders in this field and introduces future studies as a requirement to improve the interaction between industry and academia.
