رابطه بین مخارج تحقیق و توسعه با تولید ناخالص داخلی درکشورهای درحال توسعه

نقش تحقیق و توسعه در پرکردن شکاف بین دانشگاه و صنعت برای توسعه یک کشور ضروری است. به همین دلیل مخارج تحقیق و توسعه یکی از عوامل تعیین کننده توسعه فناوری در جهان محسوب می شود و نقش مهمی در تعیین درجه توسعه یافتگی کشورها دارد. تحقیق و توسعه در اذهان سرمایه گذاران و مدیران، به طور روزافزونی به عنوان یک عامل مشخص در تولید محسوب می شود و عدم توجه به این عامل می تواند تاثیر عوامل دیگر را تضعیف کند. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه و تولید ناخالص داخلی در دوره 2001-2020 در کشورهای در حال توسعه منتخب است. در این زمینه داده ها ی پانلی از طریق موجک به دوره های زمانی مختلف تجزیه شده اند و پس از بررسی همبستگی متغیرها در مقیاس های مختلف زمانی از آزمون علیت دومیترشو- هرلین (2012) برای بررسی جهت علیت استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصله حاکی از همبستگی قوی با علامت مثبت و ارتباط علی دوطرفه بین هزینه های تحقیق و توسعه و تولید ناخالص داخلی در هر 4 مقیاس زمانی در کشورهای در حال توسعه است.

the role of research and development in bridging the gap between university and industry is essential for the development of a country. for this reason, research and development expenditure is considered as one of the determining factors of technological development in the world and plays an important role in determining the degree of development of countries. research and development in the minds of investors and managers is increasingly considered as a specific factor in production, and not paying attention to this factor can weaken the effect of other factors. the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between r&d expenditures and gdp in the period 2001-2020 in selected developing countries. in this context, the panel data has been analyzed into different time periods through wavelet, and after checking the correlation of the variables in different time scales, dumitrshaw-herlin (2012) causality test has been used to check the direction of causality. the results show a strong correlation with a positive sign and a two-way causal relationship between research and development costs and gdp in all 4 time scales in developing countries
