تحلیلی بر تاثیر اقتصاد دانش بنیان بر توسعه پایدار کشاورزی با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی (مطالعه موردی؛ روستاهای شهرستان کرمانشاه)

در مبانی نظری اقتصاد دانش بنیان، دانش به عنوان یک منبع دائمی در تمامی بخش های فعال اقتصاد از جمله بخش کشاورزی، با مشارکت در جریان تولید همواره سبب افزایش تولید، مزیت رقابتی و ایجاد ارزش افزوده شده است. با این وجود، تولید در چارچوب اقتصاد دانش بنیان و چگونگی ورود دانش به جریان تولید محصولات کشاورزی یکی از مباحث بسیار پیچیده در اقتصاد می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از حیث روش، پیمایشی در سطح اکتشافی و مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده پژوهی صورت گرفته است. در این پژوهش همچنین پیشران های تاثیرات اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان از طریق متن کاوی در اسناد معتبر داخلی و خارجی و نظر گروه خبرگان، بررسی شده است. سپس با برگزاری جلسه دلفی مشترک خبرگان، تاثیر پیشران های شناسایی شده بر هم سنجیده شده و مورد بحث قرار گرفته است. آنگاه از طریق نرم‌افزار «میک مک» جایگاه هر پیشران بررسی شد. همچنین یافته های دیگر پژوهش حاکی از آن می باشد که از میان 10 متغیر بررسی شده در این تحقیق، 6 متغیر به عنوان پیشران های کلیدی موثر اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان انتخاب شده اند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که پیشران های پرداخت تسهیلات توسط بانک کشاورزی، کمک مالی به پژوهشکده های کشاورزی، کمک به سرمایه‌گذاری بخش خصوصی در تولیدات کشاورزی، کمک به حذف ضمانت های دست و پاگیر جهت پرداخت وام به کشاورزان، کمک به توسعه صادرات محصولات در بخش کشاورزی، وضعیت خاک و اقلیم مناسب شهرستان کرمانشاه به عنوان پیشران های کلیدی موثر اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان بر بخش کشاورزی در شهرستان کرمانشاه توسط کارشناسان مشخص شده که در توسعه کشاورزی دانش‌بنیان موثر می باشند.

an analysis of the impact of the knowledge-based economy on the sustainable development of agriculture with a future research approach (case study; villages of kermanshah)

in the theoretical foundations of the knowledge-based economy, knowledge as a permanent resource in all active sectors of the economy, including the agricultural sector, by participating in the production process, has always led to increased production, competitive advantage and added value. nevertheless, production in the framework of knowledge-based economy and how knowledge enters the production flow of agricultural products is one of the most complex topics in the economy. in terms of purpose, the present research is applied and in terms of method, it is an exploratory survey based on a future-research approach. in this research, the drivers of the effects of the knowledge-based economy have been examined through text-mining in valid domestic and foreign documents and the opinion of the expert group. then, by holding a joint delphi meeting of experts, the impact of the identified drivers has been weighed and discussed. then the position of each driver was checked through mik-mak software. also, other findings of the research indicate that among the 10 variables examined in this research, 6 variables have been selected as effective key drivers of the knowledge-based economy. the results indicate that the drivers of the payment of facilities by the agricultural bank, financial assistance to agricultural enterprises, assistance to private sector investment in agricultural products, assistance in removing cumbersome guarantees for loan payments to farmers, assistance in development the export of products in the agricultural sector, the condition of the soil and suitable climate of kermanshah city as the key effective drivers of the knowledge-based economy in the agricultural sector in kermanshah city have been determined by experts to be effective in the development of knowledge-based agriculture
