ضرورت تعامل صنعت با دانشگاه در راستای توسعه پایدار

دانشگاه ها به عنوان مراکز تربیت نیروهای متخصص، یکی از مهم ترین نهادها در جهت رشد و توسعه ی همه جانبه ی هر کشوری به شمار می روند. امروزه انسان در بکارگیری فناوری نقشی محوری ایفا می کند و نیاز به دانش و مهارت لازم برای کار در عرصه ی صنعت دارد. جهانی شدن، مسایل اجتماعی-اقتصادی، پیشرفت فناوری و نیاز به عامل انسانی ماهر، دانشگاه ها را با چالش های متعددی از جمله تطبیق با تقاضاهای بیرونی و نیاز به ارائه پاسخ های مناسب روبرو ساخته و ضرورت ارتباط میان صنعت و دانشگاه را پررنگتر از گذشته کرده است که این تعامل به ارتقای توسعه پایدار در تمامی ابعاد آن کمک می کند زیرا تعامل جامعه علمی و جامعه صنعتی، توسعه علمی بهتر در مراکز آموزش عالی و نیز توسعه فناوری را در صنایع به طور همزمان باعث خواهد شد. مقاله حاضر که به شیوه ی مروری و با کمک منابع کتابخانه ای و اینترنتی تهیه شده تلاش دارد به توضیح ضرورت و ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت ایجاد رابطه میان صنعت و دانشگاه پرداخته، توسعه پایدار و ابعاد آن را بررسی نماید و به نقش دانشگاه در تحقق اهداف توسعه پایدار بپردازد.

necessity of industry-university interaction for sustainable development

economy along with the production and exploitation of knowledge or knowledge-based economy play a major role in wealth creation. on the other hand, educational institutions and universities, as the highest centers of thought and science production, which are among the most important institutions for the comprehensive growth and development of any country, can help in various economic sectors. today, technology is a powerful tool for national development, through university education, people are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work in the field of industry and use this technology. the industry needs technology based on modern science and the university also needs to test its scientific findings in the industry sector, so the need for communication between the industry and the university has become stronger than in the past and establishing this communication helps to promote sustainable development in all its dimensions. the interaction of the scientific community and the industrial community in developed countries has greatly contributed to the development process, but it has not been very targeted in developing countries. this article, which was prepared in a review way and with the help of library and internet resources, tries to examine the importance of the interaction between two institutions, the concept of sustainable development and its dimensions, explain the role of the university in achieving the goals of sustainable development, and find ways to increase the relationship between industry and university.
