واکاوی آسیب‌ها، چالش‌ها و راهکارهای تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه

دانشگاه اصلی‌ترین نهاد تولید کننده علم و پرورش دهنده نیروی انسانی و از طرفی صنعت نیز تولید کننده کالا و خدمات مورد نیاز جامعه است از این رو ارائه راهکاری برای ارتباط این دو نهاد ضروری است. ازآن‌جایی که دانشگاه نهادی است متشکل از دانشکده‌های مختلف، می‌توان به صورت دقیق‌تر به ارتباط هر کدام از دانشکده‌ها با صنعت پرداخت. در پژوهش انجام شده، ارتباط میان دانشگاه و صنعت، از طریق مطالعات کتاب‌خانه‌ای و اسنادی انجام شده است. در مبانی نظری و پژوهش، مطالعات متعددی به بررسی چالش‌ها و مشکلات همکاری دانشگاه و صنعت پرداخته اند، با این حال، کمتر مطالعه‌ای به چشم می‌خورد که به تحلیل علی معلولی چالش‌های همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه پرداخته باشد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی علل ارتباط ضعیف دانشگاه با صنعت و ارائه راهکاری برای بهبود این رابطه است. در این مقاله چند مانع اصلی ارتباط دانشگاه وصنعت و راهکارهایی برای این موانع ارائه شده است که شامل دانشکده تک بعدی، دولت غافل از بستر سازی و صنعت سطحی نگری و... می باشد.این پژوهش راهکارهای عملیاتی مناسبی برای تعامل بهینه صنعت و دانشگاه به همراه دارد.

the university is the main institution that produces science and cultivates human capital, and on the other hand, the industry also produces goods and services needed by the society, therefore it is necessary to provide a solution for the optimal communication between these two institutions. since the university is an institution consisting of different faculties, it is possible to deal more precisely with the connection of each of the faculties with the industry. in the current research, the damages, challenges and solutions of communication between university and industry have been investigated through library and documentary studies. in the theoretical foundations and research background, several studies have investigated the challenges and problems of university-industry cooperation. however, there are few studies that have used a descriptive-analytical approach to analyze the harms and challenges of industry-university cooperation. in this study, the main obstacles, harms and challenges of the relationship between the university and the industry were identified, and the most important solutions to create an optimal interaction between the industry and the university were discussed, the most important of which include the one-dimensional faculty, the government neglecting to create a platform, and surface industry. negri and.... this research brings appropriate operational solutions for optimal interaction between industry and university.
