ارائه چارچوبی به منظور تعامل اثربخش دانشگاه و صنعت

امروزه بی ثباتی و رقابت فزاینده از ویژگی های اصلی بازارهای جهانی به شمار می رود که موجب شده «تعامل» و «همکاری» سازنده به ابزاری ضروری و قدرتمند برای حضور موفق در چنین بازارهایی مبدل شود. علی رغم اهمیت شکل گیری این تعامل میان سازمان های مختلف، اما هم چنان دانشگاه و صنعت به علت عدم برخورداری از الگویی مناسب در برقراری و حفظ این تعامل با مشکل مواجه هستند. چرا که تفاوت های ذاتی این دو بخش با یکدیگر، نیازمند الگویی ویژه و خاص بوده که گام های مشخصی را برای همکاری موثر بین دانشگاه و صنعت را معرفی نماید. در این راستا، پژوهش مروری حاضر با هدف پر نمودن این شکاف مطالعاتی، ضمن تشریح مفاهیم پایه در خصوص تعامل میان دانشگاه و صنعت، چارچوبی برای شکل گیری همکاری اثربخش میان آن ها را معرفی و پیشنهاد نموده است. بهره گیری از این مدل پیشنهادی می تواند به دانشگاه ها و صنایع در برقراری تعامل سازنده با یکدیگر کمک نموده و مبنایی برای ترویج چنین همکاری هایی در کشور باشد.

providing a framework for successful university– industry collaborations

today, instability and increasing competition are considered to be the main characteristics of global markets, which has made constructive interaction and collaboration a necessary and powerful tool for a successful presence in such markets. despite the importance of the formation of this collaboration between different organizations, the university and industry are still facing problems in establishing and maintaining this collaboration due to the lack of a suitable model. because the inherent differences between these two sectors require a special model that introduces specific steps for effective collaboration between the university and the industry. in this regard, the present review research aims to fill this study gap, while explaining the basic concepts regarding the collaboration between university and industry, it has introduced and proposed a framework for the formation of effective collaboration between them. utilizing this proposed model can help universities and industries to establish constructive collaboration with each other and be a basis for promoting such collaboration in the country.
