مدل بهبود محیط کسب و کار در یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان

در دهه های اخیر بر مبنای تجربه چین و کشورهای اروپای شرقی بر بهبود محیط کسب و کار بیش از خصوصی سازی تاکید می شود. بهبود محیط کسب و کار در جهت توسعه کارآفرینی و یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان دارای اهمیت است. زیرا محیط نامناسب کسب‌وکار، شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط و کارآفرینان را در مقایسه با شرکت های بزرگ در معرض مشکلات بیشتر قرار می دهد. به بیان دیگر تجارب توسعه کشورها و مطالعات نهادهای بین المللی نشان می دهد که محیط کسب و کار، بر توسعه اقتصادی تاثیر دارد. بر این اساس، در سال های اخیر توجه به محیط کسب و کار به عنوان یکی از پیش نیازهای توسعه کشورها مطرح و مورد توجه نهادهای بین المللی و سیاستگذاران قرار گرفته است. به دلیل اهمیت محیط کسب و کار، هر ساله گزارش های متعدد بین المللی در زمینه رتبه بندی محیط کسب و کار کشورها منتشر می شود. یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان به سیاستگذاری هایی نیاز دارد که محیط کسب و کار را ارتقا دهد. محیط کسب و کار مساعد می تواند به کاهش هزینه ها، افزایش کیفیت محصول و خدمات، کاهش زمان ارائه خدمات، انعطاف پذیری کمک کند. توانایی و عملکرد یک شرکت، یک صنعت یا کشور در فروش و عرضه کالا و خدمات در مقایسه با دیگر رقبا، و سایر کشورهای بیانگر بهبود محیط کسب و کار است. بر این اساس در این مقاله به دنبال طراحی مدل بهبود محیط کسب و کار در یک اقتصاد دانش بنیان هستیم.

in recent decades, based on the experience of china and eastern european countries, the improvement of the business environment is emphasized more than privatization. improving the business environment is important for the development of entrepreneurship and a knowledge-based economy. because the unfavorable business environment exposes small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs to more problems compared to large companies. in other words, the development experiences of countries and the studies of international organizations show that the business environment has an effect on economic development. based on this, in recent years, paying attention to the business environment has been raised as one of the prerequisites for the development of countries and received the attention of international institutions and policymakers. due to the importance of the business environment, several international reports are published every year on the ranking of countries' business environment. a knowledge-based economy needs policies that improve the business environment. a favorable business environment can help reduce costs, increase product and service quality, reduce service delivery time, and flexibility. the ability and performance of a company, an industry or a country in selling and supplying goods and services compared to other competitors and other countries indicates the improvement of the business environment. accordingly, in this study, we seek to design a model for improving the business environment in a knowledge-based economy.
