چابکی سازمانی عاملی موثر در شکل گیری ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه

ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه موضوعی است که از سال هاى گذشته در جامعه مطرح بوده و اقدامات زیادى در این زمینه به صورت تئورى و عملی از قبیل مقاله، کتاب، برگزارى سمینار و انعقاد تفاهم نامه ها و قراردادهاى همکارى انجام گرفته است. در مقاله ى حاضر، ضمن بررسی فلسفه ى ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه، نظام ها و انواع همکارى هاى صنعت و دانشگاه، چابکی سازمانی نیز به عنوان عاملی کاتالیزوری مورد توجه و بررسی قرار گرفته است..چابکی یعنی انعطاف‌پذیری و توانایی واکنش نشان دادن در برابر تغییرات محیطی.در ادبیات چابکی نیاز به تقویت هرگز متوقف نمی‌شود،استانداردهای امروزی روش‌های قدیمی فردا هستند.در نتیجه در دنیای پرتلاطم و محیط متغییر امروزی به‌شدت به سازمان‌های چابک و هوشمند نیاز دارد تا با هر تغییر و پیشامد ناگهانی به نحو مطلوب انعطاف لازم و عکس‌العمل مطلوب را نشان دهند.بنابراین، اگر دانشگاه و صنعت چابکی سازمانی را سر لوحه ی کار خود قرار دهند می توانند با ارتباط و همکاری حداکثری بیشترین تعامل را با هم داشته باشند و در تشخیص فرصت ها و نیاز های روز جامعه با اقدامات صحیح کشور را از رشد سریع اقتصادى برخوردار کرده و توسعه ى صنعتی را که مهمترین راه خاتمه دادن به عقب ماندگی اقتصادى است (و تحقق آن مستلزم استفاده و کاربرد وسیع دستاوردهاى علمی است)محقق کند.

the relationship between industry and university is a topic that has been discussed in the society since the past years and many measures have been taken in this field in the form of theoretical and practical articles, books, holding seminars and concluding memorandums of understanding and cooperation contracts. in this article, while examining the philosophy of the relationship between industry and university, the systems and types of cooperation between industry and university, organizational agility has also been considered as a catalytic factor. agility means flexibility and the ability to react to environmental changes in the literature of agility, the need to strengthen never stops, today's standards are tomorrow's old methods. as a result, in today's turbulent world and changing environment, there is a strong need for agile and intelligent organizations to cope with every change. and show the necessary flexibility and the desired reaction to the sudden event. therefore, if the university and the industry put organizational agility at the top of their agenda, they can interact with each other with maximum communication and cooperation, and in recognizing the opportunities and needs of the society, with the right measures, the country will enjoy rapid economic growth. and realize industrial development, which is the most important way to end economic backwardness (and its realization requires the extensive use and application of scientific achievements).
