تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه: موانع و راهکارها

تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه یکی از شاخص‌ترین عوامل برای رسیدن به توسعه پایدار محسوب می‌شود، به گونه‌ای که توسعه جوامع مختلف به میزان زیادی به تعامل این دو رکن اصلی وابسته شده‌است.تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه از مهم‌ترین عوامل کمک به رشد و شکوفایی اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان محسوب می‌شود، اما متاسفانه در کشور ایران، به‌ویژه استان کرمانشاه علیرغم وجود صنایع بزرگ و دانشگاه‌های در حال توسعه در زمینه کارآفرینی دانشگاهی این امر مهم نادیده گرفته شده‌است.استان کرمانشاه از ظرفیت‌های بالایی نظیر دسترسی به بازارعراق، قرارگرفتن درمسیر شریان‌های اصلی کشور، مشکلات کمترتامین آب و زیرساخت‌های مناسب در شهرک‌های صنعتی برخورداراست؛ که راه را برای توسعه صنعتی این استان باز کرده است اما همچنان نامی از استان کرمانشاه در میان استان‌های صنعتی کشور به چشم نمی‌خورد؛ علاوه بر آن دارای پتانسیل‌های بسیاری از جمله دانشجویان مستعد و اعضا هیات‌علمی توانمندی در دانشگاه‌ها می‌باشد که همکاری این دو رکن می‌تواند منجر به رشد و توسعه بیشتر استان گردد. با این وجود هنوز راه‌های تعامل و موانع آن و همچنین راهکار برای بهبود آن در استان کرمانشاه نامشخص است. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از مطالعه اسنادی و تحلیل محتوای اسناد در دسترس تلاش می‌کند خلا پژوهشی در این حوزه( با تاکید بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه) را پر کند. یافته‌های پژوهش به مسئولان مربوطه در حوزه دانشگاه و صنعت در راستای همکاری بیشتر برای توسعه صنعتی استان یاری می‌رساند.

industry and university interaction: barriers and solutions

the relationship between industry and university is considered one of the most important factors to achieve sustainable development, in such a way that the development of different societies is highly dependent on the relationship between these two main pillars. unfortunately, in the country of iran, especially in kermanshah provice, despite the existence of large industiers in field of academic entrepreneurship, this important issue has been neglected. kermanshah provice has high capacities such as access to the iraqi market, being on the path of the main arteries of the country, not having the chalenge of water supply and infrastructure.it is suitable in industrial towns: which has opened the way for the industrial development of this province, but still the name of kermanshah province is not seen among the industrial provinces of the country:in addintion, it has many potentials, including talented students and capable facuity members in universities, and the cooperation of these two elements can lead to further growth and development of the province. however, the way of communication and it is obstacles, as well as the solution to improve it in kermanshah province, are still unclear. the present research tries ti fill the research gap in this field( with imphasis on the relationship between industry and university) by using document study and content analysis of available documents. the findings of the research help the relevant officials in the field of university and industry in order to cooperate more for the industrial development of the province
