ارائه الگوی توسعه پایدار همکاری فناورانه دانشگاه و صنعت

از اواخر قرن20 و شروع قرن21 به ‌بعد رقابت بین‌المللی، بر پایه دانش شکل گرفت، همچنین رقابت در بازار فناوری محور امروز جهان، مستلزم ادغام دانش‌های نوین با صنعت است. یکی از مهم‌ترین زمینه‌های بکارگیری دانش تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه می‌باشد. در طول سالیان گذشته تلاش‌های زیادی برای ارتقا ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه صورت گرفته‌است.چرا که دانشگاه و صنعت از مهم‌ترین و اثرگذارترین نهادها در توسعه اجتماعی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، پیشرفت‌های اقتصادی و فناورانه جامعه محسوب می‌شوند.اهمیت در ارتباط میان علم و فناوری، ادغام علم و صنعت و استفاده از روش‌های نوین و علمی برای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی در بخشی از شرکت‌ها و بین‌المللی سازی فناوری از جمله دلایلی هستند که ارتباط میان شرکت‌ها و سازمان‎‌های تحقیقاتی به‌ویژه دانشگاه‌ها را توجیه می‌کند. توسعه پایدار ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه به دلیل پیامدهای مثبت و اثربخش آن در ایجاد تحولات فناورانه، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی از دیر باز مورد توجه استراتژیست‌ها، برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران دانشگاهی و صنعت قرار گرفته‌است.با این حال هنوز ارتباط نظام‌مند و الگویی مشخص برای ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه در ایران ایجاد نشده‌است. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی اسناد و مدارک موجود در این زمینه و تحلیل و نتیجه‌گیری در تلاش برای رسیدن به نتیجه‌ای مطلوب برای توسعه همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه است.با بکارگیری نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر در ارگان‌های مربوطه می‌توان زمینه‌های توسعه پایدار همکاری صنعت و دانشگاه را فراهم نمود.

presenting a model of sustainable development of technological cooperation between university and industry

from the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the 21st century, international competition was formed on the basis of knowledge, and competition in today s technology-oriented market requires the integration of new knowledge with industry. during the past years, many efforts have been made to promote the relationship between industry and university. because university and industry are considered to be the most important and effective institutions in the social, political, cultural, economic and technological development of society. the importance in the relationship between science and technology is integration. science and industry and the use of new and scientific methods to achieve a competitive advantage in some companies and the internationalization of technology are among the reasons that justify the connection between companies and research organizations, especially universities. the sustainable development of industry-university communication has been receiving the attention of academic and industry strategists, planners, and policymakers for a long time due to its positive and effective consequences in creating technological, economic, social, and environmental changes. however, there is still systematic communication and a specific model for communication industry and university have not been established in iran. the current research is trying to reach a favorable result for the development of industry-university cooperation by examining the available documents and documents in this field. by applying the results obtained from the current research in the relevant bodies, the fields of sustainable development of industry-university cooperation can be established
