واکاوی ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه: دلایل و الگوها

اگرچه ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت نقش مهمی در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی هر کشوری دارد، اما متاسفانه این ارتباط در ایران کمرنگ، مقطعی و موردی است. ضعیف بودن ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه در کشور ما علاوه بر دلایل ساختاری که به اصل وجودی دانشگاه‌ها و صنایع و عدم وابستگی آن‌ها به یکدیگر و ساختارهای کلان اقتصادی، صنعتی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی برمی‌گردد. در واقع، می‌توان گفت که برقراری ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه نیازمند الگوها و راهبردهای ویژه‌ای است که بدون پرداختن به آن‌ها و ایجاد زمینه‌های مناسب به‌عنوان حلقه های واسطه این ارتباط، نمی توان بر کارآمدی آن امیدوار بود. در این راستا، پژوهش مروری حاضر قصد دارد با واکاوی دلایل و الگوهای ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه، رهیافتی جامع را برای ارتقای ارتباط دانشگاه با جامعه در ایران پیشنهاد دهد. نقد الگوهای ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه نظیر طرح اینترن شیب، طرح اکسترن شیب، طرح کارآموزی و طرح آموزش تعاونی نشان داد که در جوامع و کشورهای مختلف با توجه به شرایط و زمینه‌های مختلف بایستی در جهت اجرا و پیاده‌سازی طرح‌های مختلفی اقدام کنند. اما تجربیات موجود نشان می‌دهد که الگوی آموزش تعاونی می‌تواند به‌عنوان رهیافتی مناسب برای ارتقای ارتباط دانشگاه با صنعت و جامعه در ایران استفاده گردد. استفاده از رهیافت آموزش تعاونی در دانشگاه‌ها نه تنها بر غنای تدریس و پژوهش می‌افزاید؛ بلکه منجر به توسعه صلاحیت‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان، ارتقاء جامعه مدنی، افزایش رفاه و کیفیت زندگی آن‌ها در آینده نیز می‌گردد.

exploring the relationship between university and industry and society: reasons and models

although the connection between university and industry plays an important role in the economic and social development of any country, unfortunately, this connection in iran is weak, sectional and case-by-case. the weak connection between universities and industry and society in our country is in addition to the structural reasons that go back to the basic existence of universities and industries and their lack of dependence on each other and macro-economic, industrial, social and cultural structures. in fact, it can be said that establishing a relationship between the university and the industry and society requires special models and strategies that without addressing them and creating suitable fields as intermediary links for this relationship, we cannot hope for its effectiveness. in this regard, the current review research aims to propose a comprehensive approach to improve university-society relations in iran by analyzing the reasons and patterns of university-industry-society relations. criticism of university communication models with industry and society, such as “internship”, “externship”, “practicum” and “cooperative education”, showed that in different societies and countries, according to different conditions and contexts, different plans should be implemented. but the existing experiences show that the cooperative education model can be used as a suitable approach to improve the relationship between the university and industry and society in iran. using the cooperative learning approach in universities not only adds to the richness of teaching and research; it also leads to the development of entrepreneurial competency of .students, the promotion of civil society, and the increase of their welfare and quality of life in the future
