واکاوی عوامل موثر در گذار دانشگاه‌ها به دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم

ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در کشور ما دارای سابقه‌ای 70 ساله برابر با عمر دانشگاه در کشور است، اما به رغم توافق عمومی بر ضرورت و اهمیت این مهم، هنوز این رابطه سیستمی و پیوسته نیست و به شکلی گاه‌به‌گاه و گسسته وجود دارد علت اصلی آن را در رویکردهای نظام عالی آموزش و نهادهای اقتصادی باید جست‌و‌جو کرد. دانشگاه ها به منظور تربیت نیروهای انسانی توانا و کارآفرین نیازمند گسترش خدمات علمی و حل مشکلات اجتماعی در راستای بهبود زندگی مردم هستند و برای دستیابی به چنین اهدافی، ایجاد همکاری و ارتباطی منطقی با نهادهایی مثل بخش صنعت، برای دانشگاه ها ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. با توجه به پیش زمینه های نظری و تجربی، این دو نهاد به تنهایی نمی‌توانند موفقیت لازم را داشته باشند و هرگونه گسست در ارتباط آن دو باعث ایجاد خلل در فرآیند توسعه پایدار می‌گردد. لذا پژوهش حاضر به دنبال موانع تحقق دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم و به تبع آن عدم تحقق تعامل با صنعت می‌باشد.

analyzing the effective factors in the transition of universities to third generation universities

the relationship between the university and the industry in our country has a history of 70 years, equal to the life of the university in the country, but despite the general agreement on the necessity and importance of this matter, this relationship is still not systematic and continuous and exists in an occasional and discrete form, the main reason for it. it should be searched in the approaches of the higher education system and economic institutions. in order to train capable and entrepreneurial human forces, universities need to expand scientific services and solve social problems in order to improve people s lives, and in order to achieve such goals, it seems necessary for universities to establish a logical connection and cooperation with institutions such as the industry sector. according to the theoretical and empirical backgrounds, these two institutions alone cannot have the necessary success and any break in the relationship between the two causes a disruption in the process of sustainable development. therefore, the current research is looking for the obstacles to the realization of the third generation universities and as a result, the lack of interaction with the industry
