A large amount of waste gypsum is produced in the construction industry or as plasterboard annually. bagasse ash is also a by-product of sugar factories. if these two waste materials are used to stabilize the soil, the environmental problems caused by them will be minimized. in this research, by using different amounts of bagasse, gypsum, and lime in the soil, the amount of ucs changes was investigated. the results showed that a quadratic model provides the best description of the fit data and this model can predict the results very well. if the percentages of 10.28, 3.98, and 12.99 of bagasse, lime, and gypsum are used, the maximum value of ucs which is equal to 1159.94 kpa can be achieved. these results showed that the combined use of gypsum and bagasse can have positive effects on soil ucs.
