Here, we offer a new revival fiber sensor for the formation of calcium carbonate scale in geothermal waters. the proposed sensor was made by covering a multi -mode fiber core with a platinum mesh. this sensor can be reconstructed for multiple measurements by dissolving the precipitated scale on the optical fiber surface based on ph changes associated with anodic electrolysis. the proposed sensor was successfully implemented to monitor the formation of scale in natural geothermal water located in meshkinshahr in hamedan.
