translated books into farsi by iranian celebrities

With emerging the social media in the world, the number of celebrities has increased. it means that the media helps famous people to gain more fame. celebrities are famous people who are known by most people and attract people’s attention and people are affected by them. celebrities can be famous in political or nonpolitical fields like art, sport, and cinema. young people are the biggest group of celebrities’ fans and they believe in celebrities and follow them in different fields. many celebrities perform some deeds to be famous in different fields. translation of books is one of those deeds. regardless having translation knowledge or not, many celebrities have translated different books and published them. this paper presents a list of books that are translated into farsi by iranian celebrities and presents their publication details, including the edition and circulation to see are those translations best sellers or not. to gain this researcher prepared a list of the translated books into farsi by iranian celebrities and sent e-mails to the publications and asked for the publication details of those books. the results show that all the translated books by iranian celebrities are not best sellers and celebrities have usually translated books in the literary field.
