a structural modeling and interpretation of the variables in language glocalization in iran

Ontological and epistemological differences in various educational contexts bring about serious problems for educational managers and language learners. research findings reveals that many variables are involved in glocalization in different countries that have distinctive nature and behavior in educational systems. the current research will adopt a multi-phase multi-method design to model the factors and variables involved in language glocalization in iran and then identify the nature and the behavior of each variable in the system. to this aim, structural equation modeling in spss and amos will be blended with structural interpretation in micmac different samples of language practitioners including educational managers, teachers and researchers will be selected through convenience sampling procedure for exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural interpretation. the model of the process will be extracted, risk, regulatory, leverage, strategic and input variables will be identified and finally, the strategies for implementing language glocalization in the country will be proposed. the findings have practical implications for educational managers and policy makers.
