چکیده

The present article aims to identify the benefits and drawbacks of online education from learners’ point of view and how it can be employed to enhance educational practices. an exploratory procedure has been employed to determine pros and cons of online mode of instructional delivery from the learners’ point of view. to achieve data, an online survey was carried out through telegram application. an online questionnaire was designed on google form and was delivered to the students as well. participants in this study are 180 girls who were efl learners at the iran language institute (age: 14-16). they have all received online english lessons for about 2 years due to the covid-19. examining the students’ viewpoints, the researcher could identify four main themes regarding the learners’ concern and opportunities in online mode of learning: personal, interpersonal, technical, and instructional.
