   efl reachers’ knowledge sharing on zoom as the predictor of their professional development

چکیده    The present study investigated iranian efl (english as a foreign language) teachers’ knowledge sharing on zoom as the predictor of their professional development. to do so, 85 efl were recruited and they were given the questionnaires. the scale used for knowledge sharing on zoom was a researcher-made measure and the questionnaire for professional development was professional development perception questionnaire developed by soodmand afshar and ghasemi (2018). the results revealed a moderate significant difference between knowledge sharing on zoom and professional development. in addition, standard multiple regression showed that efl teachers’ knowledge sharing on zoom predicts their professional development. the findings have implications for teacher training programs.
