چکیده    This research paper aims at promotion of 4cs pro-technology curriculum for persian speakers learning english language in pakistan and iran. the trend of technology provoked a desire of humans to do a cognitive practice. the purpose is to learn though the cognitive practice, refined content and learning communicatively through social practices. the research is supported though theoretical practices of society in culture of iran and pakistan. the aim is to promote efficient designing of curriculum for english language learners. this research paper is based on a research hypothesis comprised of a dependent and an independent variables. the research methodoly for this research paper is a quantitative research method. the research instrument is questionnaire which is analyzed through spss (statistical package of social sciences). the sampling data is collected from iran and pakistan. the calculations were got to know about the percentage of agreement and disagreement of respondents with reliable and relevant aspects of pro-technology curriculum for persian speakers in pakistan and iran. the calculations are mentioning standard deviations, mean and median, paired-t test, to get the reliability of pro-technology curriculum based on 4 cs. resultantly, effective communication and cultural deviations may lead speakers to learn from their native language in a pro-technology curriculum design model. the fulfilled desire for vocabulary building through technology may lead to learning a language effectively. the evaluation and assessment practices are necessary to be involved in the technology based curriculum for persian speakers, the agreed or disagreed discursive practice in a pro-technology curriculum can help persian language learners to improve their learning. conclusively, the inculcation of 4cs in a pro-technology curriculum may lead persian speakers to learn english language and to be more efficient in learning english language in pakistan and iran.
