چکیده
|
English is a worldwide dialect and is in request nowadays. english is by distant the foremost broadly utilized dialect around the world. in any case, english dialect composing has continuously been a challenge for moment dialect understudies to ace. creating students’ capacity for composing is one of the major challenges confronted by esl instructors in most schools these days. (moses & mohammad, 2019). the current study is an attempt to address the gap of many challenges teachers faced in karaj institutions. the study is an endeavor to investigate english teachers’ challenges in recent years. to embark on this study, 187 efl teachers participated in this study as the subjects, but 150 participants, 50 males, and 100 females were useful to be analyzed because of their completed answers to the questions interview. within the current study written and oral interviews were utilized. the analysis of the results was calculated by using maxqda 2022. results: the results implied features related to learners, financial problems, materials and facilities, ministry of education, and family and environment. moreover, low salary, hiring inexperienced teachers with not adequate knowledge, inadequate time for covering and practicing the materials, lack of interaction between teacher and learner, the generation gap between teacher and students, and differentiation in learners’ proficiency levels were the significant challenges that english teachers have encountered in karaj institutions. the most important implication of the study is that if the progress and improvement of the students are the concerns of society, teachers’ challenges within a country and in each province should be taken into account.
