چکیده    The simulation of carbon black production process is very complicated and one of these complications is related to the uncertainty of the composition of the feed used in this process. bmci index, the amount of asphaltene and sulfur are among the important parameters related to the feedstock. other important factors are the amount of fuel used, the amount of air and the residence time of the material in the reactor. in this research, we will simulate the process of carbon black production using furnace reactor by matlab software and finally we will evaluate the results using experimental data. the simulation has been successfully validated based on experimental data.
