سامانه جامع هوشمند نظارت بر سوخت ناوگان عمومی

با توجه به قاچاق رو به افزون سوخت نفت گاز، نیاز به سیستمی یکپارچه جهت پایش آنلاین سوخت مصرفی ناوگان حمل و نقل عمومی بیشتر از پیش احساس می‌شود. طرح پیشنهادی شامل سیستمی متشکل از تعدادی دوربین مداربسته جهت دریافت پلاک ناوگان و بررسی آن در بانک اطلاعاتی شرکت ملی پخش جهت احراز سهمیه ماهیانه ناوگان و آزاد کردن یا بستن سوخت آن می‌باشد. با استفاده از این سیستم، ناوگان حمل و نقل عمومی با توجه به عملکرد واقعی خود سوخت دریافت کرده و صرفه‌جویی زیادی در مصرف سوخت آزاد کشور می‌شود. با استفاده از سامانه پیشنهادی در این تحقیق، مشکل قاچاق سوخت با استفاده از چندین کارت حل می‌شود زیرا سامانه فقط به کارت متعلق به همان پلاک خودروی وارد شده در جایگاه، سوخت ارائه نموده و فرد متخلف نمی‌تواند باک نامتعارف خودروی خود را با کارت سایر خودروها پر کند. هم‌زمان با توجه به محدودیت تنظیم شده روی سامانه برای هر بار سوخت‌گیری روزانه با نرخ آزاد نفت گاز، می‌توان خطای انسانی را کنترل کرد. در این روش کارت آزاد از جایگاه حذف شده و در تمام جایگاه‌های کشور می‌توان به نرخ آزاد سوخت ارائه نمود.

due to the increasing smuggling of oil and gas fuel, the need for an integrated system to monitor the fuel consumption of the public transport fleet online is felt more than before. the proposed plan includes a system consisting of several closed-circuit cameras to receive the license plate of the fleet and check it in the database of the national broadcasting company to determine the monthly quota of the fleet and release or close its fuel. by using this system, the public transport fleet receives fuel according to its actual performance and saves a lot on the free fuel consumption of the country. by using the system proposed in this research, the problem of fuel smuggling is solved by using several cards because the system only provides fuel to the card belonging to the same license plate of the car entered in the station, and the offender cannot use the unconventional tank of his car with the card of other cars. at the same time, according to the limit set on the system for each daily refueling with the free rate of oil and gas, human error can be controlled. in this method, the azad card is removed from the station and fuel can be provided at the free rate at all stations in the country.
